We visited these apartments for a 2 night stay in Iceland. Couldn't have been in a more central position. 200 yards from sea front and 200 yards from main street in Reykjavic. Grateful value for money, very clean and comfortable and would definitely stay there again

Stayed here for 2nights. The location is perfect. Just 1min walk to the main shopping area. Apartment is clean and stocked with basics for cooking which helps us alot. It was very easy check-in/out. Just needed the codes to get in the front door and to get the keys for the apartment. No hassle. The toilet is abit small tho... More

We stayed 7 nights here with our two small children and were very happy with our stay. We knew that eating out in Iceland is very expensive so we chose to self cater and staying here made that easy. The fully stocked kitchen was so wonderful and allowed us to make breakfasts and dinners at home and pack lunches for... More

We’ve stayed here twice now and the location is perfect – really central and just down from our favourite bar, Dillon. Despite being central it’s really quiet and your sleep is unlikely to be disturbed. Tour companies have no problem finding it. It’s immaculately clean and the beds are very comfortable. There is a good powerful shower – always a... More

Great location-close to everything you need but also very quiet. The kitchenette was well equipped and the supermarket is within 5 minutes walking distance. The room was clean and was plenty big for two travelers. The accommodation was basic but it was exactly what we wanted. A bonus-a small parking lot behind the apartments (parking can be hard to find).... More

We recently stayed in apt 302. The apartment was clean, bright and comfortable allbeit a little basic but suitable for a few days. The best thing about the apartment is the location so handy for the downtown area.

Arrived to discover that we needed two codes to get to our room - one code for the front door and another for our room. A guest allowed us into the building, but we still had no access to a room. We phoned the "emergency" number detailed at the unmanned desk - no-one was at the other end, just a... More

I was emailed the front door and apartment key codes a couple of weeks beforehand - all worked efficiently. It is a 2 minute walk up to the main 'tourist' street with plenty of shops and restaurants/cafes (and excellent bakery). Up the street, take a left, walk for a couple of minutes and you'll find the Bonus supermarket - unfortunately... More

This was our 2nd visit to Welcome Apartments and we were happy once again with our stay. This time we were at the main apartment block on Vatnsstigur in a studio apartment Apt 302. You should receive your front door entry code and apartment keybox box about a week before your stay, but if you do not, just drop them... More

Stayed from 1st-5th Jan with 3 other friends. We got a very clean penthouse apartment, and because we booked wayyyy in advance, about 6 months, we paid a decent amount. The apartment was very chic and we had a balcony too. Everything was walkable distance, and all the activities can be booked so that you can be picked up from... More
