This boutique hotel caters to your every need. The room is spotless, the bed comfortable, the shades good at keeping out the 23 hours of day light and the noise level low. There is a small kitchen which was stocked with orange juice, milk, cereal, coffee and tea. Made the whole experience so much more pleasant than having to race... More

Second visit to Reykjavic Residences based purely on first visit. It did not disappoint! Same warm welcome and cosy rooms with cooking amenities if required. Visitors are well placed for all tours and attractions in Reykjavic and only one block back from the main shopping / nightlife area. Love Iceland - love the people - loved Reykjavic Residences. (Might get... More

This hotel made us feel like we were at home. The room was immaculate and large! Kitchenette area was stocked and ready to go (dishes, glasses etc). Expect an amazing breakfast basket placed in your refrigerator in the morning and fresh bread left on the door at 4am. We had enough extra food to make sandwiches for lunch! This is... More

Reykjavik has the reputation as a party town. The bars get pretty loud from 9 P.M. - 3 P.M. on Friday and Saturday nights. Some past reviewers on Tripadvisor complained they couldn't sleep at this hotel due to the noise from the bars across the street. Here are some tips so you sleep like a baby, expecially if you've just... More

The Reykjavik Residence Hotel is a wonderful property. My family stayed there for 2 nights. The rooms are large, modern and clean. Ours had a small kitchen with a stocked mini bar (and some free items). The staff is fantastic. They'll provide maps, make recommendations, help you schedule taxis... I would highly recommend!

5 of us stayed here for 4 nights when we came to do the Midnight Sun Run in June. The airport hotel bus transfer service drops you right at the hotel so it's easy to get to. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was very spacious. The apartment has everything you could need - hairdryer, towels, toiletries, washing machine,... More

Clean, Close, Comfort, Classy, Cool. That about sums up my stay. There is a little noise from the street, but that's what you get when you stay close to downtown anything. Pickup earplugs, problem solved. Staff was on-point. They fulfilled all of my needs. It shows really they are about their guests.

Great place to stay in Reykjavík, really nice to have a kitchenette. The room was a studio and small, bathroom also small, but not unusually so for a European hotel. Shower with no surround takes a bit of practice not to get water all over the floor, but it wasn't really a problem. The entire staff was very welcoming and... More

The Reykjavik Residence Hotel is in an amazing area, and 1 block from the main shopping street. I loved being so close to everything. I didn't have to go far to find food after long day tours. I enjoyed the treats that were included (juice and milk) and having access to a refrigerator. The staff was knowledgeable of the area... More

Stayed here with my partner for three nights and from the minute we entered, we were greeted with kindness and very helpful information. We arranged our tours with them and return bus transfer back to the airport while we were out seeing Iceland for all its beauty and they were very helpful and glad to assist us. The hotel itself...
