With Reykjavik only 30 miles up the road, the liklihood is that you only need to stay in Keflavik if you are leaving on an early morning flight the next day. We came 23:30 in the evening and the host picked us from the Keflavik airport. The room was a little one with fitted carpet but ok to sleep over a night. We were rescued by owners who gladly stored our bike boxes (after we had stayed somewhere else) and organised booking for our return. Room was large, warm and good clean common facilities.
