We had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was really nice, although we had to ask for a hair dryer at reception, but this was provided free of charge. Beds really comfy, good shower and decent kitchenette although TV only has one English channel (that we could find!) and poor picture quality. The breakfast hall is a good... More

We stayed for 5 nights, and managed to upgrade to their superior double room as they had an offer on. We were amazed at getting 5 nights and an upgrade with free breakfasts for less than a couple of nights in a Premier Inn in England. We were a little worried that it was going to be a disappointment when... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, we were lucky to get a room after having to leave our cabin due to snow storms. We got one of the suites and it was excellent. The only gripe I had is the lack of tv channels, there were true movies, a news channel, a religious channel and a German one so really... More

Good value for money, great accommodation for a budget hotel. Clean large rooms with kitchenette, comfy beds and as everywhere in Iceland well heated. Good fresh selection of buffet food at breakfast. Easily accessible to Reykjavik by bus which stops very close to the hotel (fare 350kr one way). Very friendly helpful staff. Good selection of takeaway and eat-in food... More

From first booking with Fleetweay Travel to completion of our trip it was well organised and everything went well even the Northen Lights came out for us. Blue Lagoon, Northern Lights Tour, Reykjavik Tour and the Golden Circle Tour were all excellent the guides were very knowledgeable. Hotel staff were very helpfull and friendly.

Wow! Amazing hotel. Friendly staff who can never do enough for you. Close to shops and restaurants. Amazing views from our rooms which was very fairly priced. Felt like royalty for a week. Didn't want to leave. Room had everything you needed including the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, sockets all over the place, just make sure you... More

We got a cheap last minute deal through travel zoo, so weren't sure what to expect from this hotel. However we were very impressed, the hotel is clean and modern, and offers a good continental style breakfast. Staff were very helpful and all speak very good English. There's a bar in reception and a nice area to have a drink.... More

We stayed for three nights 1-4th Feb 2015, our room was large, warm, clean and with its own kitchenette area including a fridge, two armchairs, a desk and small coffee table really comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean with a wonderful shower. The hotel has free wifi also available was an ethernet port in our room for a laptop... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in January. Excellent base for touring away from the centre. Short walk down to the harbour and good regular bus service outside the hotel to Reykjavik that runs 'til late, about £1.75 return. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful booking trips etc. There is an abundance of information in the lobby to help organise trips... More

I guess the first thing to say is that if you're looking for somewhere to sleep outside Reykjavik but close to amenities then this will probably work for you. The second thing to say is that it feels like the hotel is run by enthusiastic amateurs who want to please but haven't quite got the hang of running a hotel.... More

Dear Guest, at first, thank you for choosing our hotel and we are glad to hear that you had a good time in Iceland. Regarding the drunk men that came inside the hotel, we do have staff 24h at the front desk, modern high-definition security system also working 24h. Of course we are not happy to hear something like that... More
