We had a 3 day break at the Merit Crystal Cove and found it to be excellent on all fronts. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel seemed to run like a well oiled machine with everyone knowing what to do. without anyone seeming to be in charge. Wherever we went in the hotel we were greeted... More

Beautiful hotel. Food was excellent and plenty of it. Hotel staff very nice. Would definitely go back. Only one drawback, there was no indoor pool, however the staff drove us the very short distance to the sister hotel which had a lovely spa.

Stayed in this hotel about 12 times, this year was the best. They have refurbished it and in the grounds put up wooden gazebos with tea, coffee, water and soft drinks to help yourself. Ok, the casino was closed but next doors is bigger and all new. They have two new hotels which you can eat and drink in. If... More

We have now spent 3 Christmas breaks at this hotel and have never been disappointed. It is an all inclusive hotel and we have gone in groups of 5 or 6 couples. The accommodation in and out of the hotel is wonderful. There are also two sister hotels close at hand with transport available to use their facilities. The food... More

Visited here 4 yrs ago and upon our recent return, The found this hotel very disappointing. The Casino is closed, workmen are on site and we were not told beforehand. The work being carried out caused intrusive noise at times on one end of the decking, the bedrooms above it and the lounge. Although entertainment was advertised, there was none... More

After our first two days at the Merit Park we were transfered to the Merit Crystal Cove on the Tuesday by our excellent tour operator Go North Cyprus and all of us are so very appreciative of them. We were upgraded to two lovely rooms on the second floor with sea views and we unpacked again and settled down to... More
