You'll receive a warm welcome and a friendly smile from the Sisters who run this guesthouse in a central but quiet location in Turku. The rooms are basic and clean, there is secure parking behind the guesthouse and a continental breakfast is included. At €65 for a twin room, this guesthouse is perfect for the budget traveller.

Immaculately clean, decorated simply but prettily, everything was handled well and efficiently. The beds are small, the breakfast plain but satisfying. For the price we felt it was a pleasant change of pace from a standard hotel. The sisters we spoke with had minimal English, but enough to serve.

Our family stayed here for something a little different! Probably not worth the back ache. The nuns were pleasant and helpful, and it was a few blocks to city centre or train station. The premises smelt slightly (nursing home smell). 15 min walk away was a bar with some washing/drying machines. You have to book a time, then sit back... More

We stayed there just one night but it was really nice. The sisters are welcoming, the guesthouse is very well situated and the rooms are perfectly clean. Our bathroom was quiet small, with juste the necessary, but it was clean and nicely decorated. Beds are a bit small as well, but clean and fresh bed linens are included in the... More

We had a very nice stay at the convent and the sisters are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are quiet, very clean and simply furnished. There are two very narrow beds (about 80 cm) and a desk and . The delicious continental breakfast also includes typical Finnish specialties. The convent is a 10 min walk from the railway station and... More

We stayed here for three nights and if we go back to Turku I think we will book there again. The hostel is an attractive, spacious building. Small but nicely designed rooms (though slightly thicker mattresses would not go amiss) are very pleasant and are kept sparkly clean. The Sisters were very friendly and helpful - generally only in evidence... More

The first thing you note is that the guest house is spotless! The sisters are very welcoming and will assist wherever possible with local information. The rooms are en-suite and fairly basic, but comfortable enough - there is a shared kitchen/lounge area with a TV available for those who wish. All in all, an excellent place to stay for those... If you are looking for a simple accomodation very close to the center of Turku, this is the right place! The bedrooms are quite big, simple and very clean. This guesthouse is ran by nuns, the welcoming is good. It's a very peacefull place. It's a budget accomodation, including breakfast. We have paid 65€/night for 2 people.
