We've been visiting this hotel few times now and will return when next time in Jyväskylä. Location next to the walking district of central Jyväskylä is great. The Jyväskylä Scandic delivered fairly good value for money at < 90€ p.n. While the hotel is getting old the rooms are still fairly ok and the staff firendly. Food at the hotel's restaurant and speed of service might need some improvement though. The pool is a nice plus. More

This Scandic hotel offers nice, spacious rooms, at least if you take a deluxe room and not the standard one. Everything works well and reception staff is professional and friendly. I have stayed in this place for a few times and have nothing to complain. One of my favorites in this region. More

We stayed here partly business, partly pleasure at the end of the heatwave of 2010. We had lovely weather so were able to be outdoors always.
