The hotel is situated in the town centre. The single room was on the small side but it had a desk which makes it good enough for a short business trip. The furniture was modern and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was copious.

Great hotel with a great location in the middle of Lahti. Room looked refurbished recently and was very nice and modern. Beautiful shower and comfortable bed. It was a pleasure to stay there. The front desk employees for the most part spoke great English. A great benefit for a traveler was the full breakfast. I would recommend to others.

Pluses: Quiet, clean, good breakfast, reception staff friendly and helpful, comfortable bed, good location (near museums, short but hilly walk to train station, wide choice of restaurants and shops nearby). Minus: Room rather small for price. Ignore swimming pool and spa ratings; I did not use either.

Good location and the best bet of hotel chains in Finland for medium-sized cities. However, quite often the most popular hotel is also quite worn and "tired" - so is this one. However, you get good night's sleep, good service and a decent breakfast and that's all good.
