The hotel is located in an old prison, which gives it a special experience. The old cells are transformed to hotelrooms, and the central hall with the galleries and castiron stairs are still in place. The rooms are nice, try to get one in the prison block, as there are also rooms in other buildings which probably were guard wards.... More

Staying in a converted prison was a great experience. Quite unusual to look through the bars on your window and see the old prision walls but the renovations were done very well - no stainless steel at all. Exactly what you paid for. Nice stuff and personel. Clean and perfect room service. Walls are too thick, so you cant receive internet in every room, i had to go to the lobby. They could have used some wireless spots to strengthen the sognal. Very close to city center. Tram station in front of hotel gate.

This hotel is in a old Jail ! Don't be worried, they have done it up well and is a very comfortable hotel. They have taken the Jail theme to quite an extent.
