Happy with all except that the vent system was piping noise directly from next room (screaming baby) late at night... When pointed out to staff member he offered to change rooms and was very proactive and helpful.

Gorgeous hotel in a magnificent building. I really liked the property that does not belong to any of the world-wide chain. The room was located on the fifth floor staircase locked behind the door to the corridor. Room decor was to my liking. Newly renovated and clean. Finns are accustomed to the fact that the room price includes breakfast. It... More

This is the best 2 star hotel ever. The room was cozy and cool, the location is absolutely perfect and everything in the hotel was brand new. If you are looking for great rooms, perfect location and not much in the service department, this is your hotel.

Conveniently located near the train station! Shopping, and the cathedral. We stayed as a family of 7 and were in 2 rooms, which were nicely sized and comfortable. The hotel was very reasonably priced and staff was helpful. We used the discount at the neighbouring hotel for breakfast which was very nice. This is definitely a good, affordable option in... More

I really love the concept of not a five star hotel but it gives everything a traveler needs. I also love the simple design in the room which utilizes recycled items. Best location you can get in the downtown of Helsinki.

We stayed for 3 nights. Had never been to Helsinki before and the staff were so incredibly helpful. Gave us the best advice for catching public transport, gave us bowls so we could eat an early breakfast before our early flight, this might not be five star but it's ten star service

We spent 6 nights in hotel finn. Our room was clean, the interior was modern and everything seemed to be new. The location of the hotel couldnt have been better. It was directly in the city center. Though when you're looking for a very quiet place this might be the wrong choice. Nevertheless I really enjoyed staying there.

Good location. This hotel resembles an upscale hostel with basic room and hotel facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a major downside for me as it is seperated from the room only by frosted glass and your roommate gets a full view of the shower and toilet. The rooms are also noisy as you can... This is a "GOOD" basic place. It was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a compact room with two very comfortable beds that could be nicely pushed together. There was plenty of compartmentalised closed storage space in the room. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The view was of the windows of a similar nearby building across a small... More

Thank you for your review! It is nice to hear that you were satisfied with your stay. According to your description you stayed in a room, which has a bit special, experimental bathroom design. We’ve listened the feedback from our guests and we are going to rebuild it into a bit more traditional one. You’re warmly welcome again! More
