First time in Finland, first time in Helsinki. What a world of wonderful suprises. Palace Hotel is ideally located for exploring by foot...the city is a small jewel and easy to navigate. Where to begin...the staff was incredible, they did everything from making restaurant reservations to mailing post cards. The rooms were very large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. Location was great, right next to the harbor. more
