Had a great stay here. My room was very large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and pleasing to the eye...lol But the hotel was near some tram stops which could take you downtown or the the ferry terminals. There were numerous places to eat nearby and even a wonderful hobby shop!

Picked this hotel from all the art deco pics on the website. The room was Tiny. I know European rooms can be a bit small from my extensive travels but this was a Breadbox. I knew I was in for a surprise when front desk told me at check in it was small but we could upgrade for extra 20... More

We spent nine nights at GLO Hotel Art. In broad terms we found the hotel comfortable, clean and hospitable. Observations from our nine nights: *Room have a minimalist aesthetic. No fancy ornamentation. Bathrooms are spacious and well equipped. Do not expect to find facial tissues or face clothes however. Bed was comfortable, Room was clean. Cupboard was well designed (although... More

Comfort M room is quite pleasant, size is OK, modern decor, although no mini fridge. In my coleague's opinion Standard rooms are quite small. Breakfast is quite nice, with a lot of variety. The coffee is not that great. Location is perfect, conviniently located to all points of interest in the central Helsinki. There are a lot of good restaurants... More

On a recent stopover in Helsinki we enjoyed our 3 nights nights in this hotel. A rather quirky style with a mix of decor but we loved the historical entry and foyer lounge where we relaxed with a drink in the warmth after chilly outings in a very cool summer period (15c and rainy during the day). But the best... More

The decor of this hotel almost seems a little disconnected. The lobby is fake old looking with Gothic arch ceilings and fresco. The furniture looks a little modern for the lobby as well. Once you get into the building where the rooms are it's sleek and modern. The rooms are all glass and super modern. I wouldn't say that it... More

We booked it for just one night, the one before flying back home. We weren't 100% sure about it due to the opinions we read. It was great though. Its location is good enough, short walk to city center, and rooms are very good taking into account the general quality of Finnish hotels. It has got a parking, not cheap,... More

I've stayed there on two occasions for a total of three nights. The double rooms I stayed in are clean, modern and perfectly fine for a few days. Customer service is very good, food is OK but not brilliant. The hotel itself is charming and nicely presented. Would reccommend.

Wrong dates were entered at the time of booking (not sure if travel agent or hotel), so I was not in the system and when found, was classed as a 'no show' for the incorrect dates. No hassle for staff (who spoke beautiful English) to look up and fix straight away at no cost and I've got a sneaky feeling... More
