Very central, in the design district (punavuori), really close to all the cool shops and bars and restaurants as well as main sights and museums. I stayed at a one person room which was facing the street but there was no noise to bother me. The room was big enough, so was the bathroom. Only thing I missed is the... More

Not new, not those chain hotels that all look and feel the same, but warm and cozy. Overall warm feeling. The room is tiny but well thought-of. E.g. In my room, there were plenty of plugs to charge multiple devices (I had 1 PC, 1 tablette, 2 iPhones..), which is not a given in many other places. Elevator was full... More

For once I haven't got much to say. Nothing to complain about, nothing to praise - except for the location. It's close to everywhere in central Helsinki and it's nice to stay in a smaller hotel once in a while. The breakfast is very basic but ok. The service was basic but ok. The room was basic but ok. I... More

We came here because of Rick Steves' recommendation, which I concluded was sufficiently backed by the TripAdvisor community to warrant making a reservation for our four-day stay in Helsinki, Finland. Because we didn't expect luxury, and knew that Rick Steves' recommendations tend to be more spartan than not, we weren't disappointed. Hotel Anna is extremely well located, in a beautiful... More

I have stayed at the Hotel Anna many times, and my last visit was 28.02-02.03.2014. As usual my impressions are very best! The location is great: in the very center of the City, close to the central Railway station, bus stops and places of interest. It is very important for me that the Hotel is absolutely silent. The breakfast is... More

Stayed in a single room for 2 nights on business trip. Room was maybe 8 square , barely possible to turn around. A request to change the room was not met. Definitely not worth the money! Would not return to this hotel.

If you'are visiting Helsinki for a day or two, this hotel is great for staying over. Nothing special but clean, well located, convenient. Not on the main road, so you will be able to sleep, even though everything is just around the corner.

I stayed here recently for a few nights. It was a second choice as all the hotels recommended by the conference were booked. We had a rather pleasant surprise,. It is well located, only a few minutes walk from the town centre and well server by trams. The hotel is definitely not in the luxury market but it is clean,... More

I stayed here two nights with my fiancé. We loved that it was so close to the city center but far away enough to be away from the noise. The hotel is also steps away from the marina, several tram and bus lines, and a lot of restaurant options. The hotel is in an old building with one elevator and... More

I stayed in the hotel for 1 night (2-6-2014). It was an average hotel, price wise not cheap. The location is close to city centre (20 min walk) at a not-so-nice neighborhood. The rooms were clean, but small. ``````view from the window is not very pleasant. The breakfast was below average. I even found some woman's hair on my plate... More
