We stayed there for a week and I can say that the place is at the most convenient location, and all its features were quite good for its price. The room was quite clean, apart from some small stains at the shower corners, and the bed and sofa beds were quite comfortable. Having a microwave and a fridge at the... More

To be honest, we didn't have a very bad time staying here, mainly because it was close to all the places we wanted to visit. My dad and I went to Helsinki to visit my brother who is studying there and we decided to pay extra in order to have a family room (so the three of us could fit).... More

if you've seen or visited any of the Omena hotels, you've visited ten all. This is a concept, although rather well thought one. Rooms are usually clean, but not super clean. Best thing in any of the Omenas are linen, bed itself and the free wifi in every room. Also they're equipped with a boiling kettle, microwave, hair dryer and... More

The lack of a reception makes the experience very private and secluded. With a location near the city center it was very easy getting around the city and combined with the low prices you could spend money on things other than the hotel.

The room was small but that didn't bother us. It was clean and modern and excellently located so that mattered more! Cool system where there's no lobby or anything, they just send you the code for your room. But if you need to speak to someone, they're available 24/7 on the phones located in the hallways. Definitely recommend for a... More

Could not turn off the condition and windows can't be opened. Otherwise nice neat large room with hairdryer, microwave, TV, tea and coffee. Not too expensive. Delicious breakfast. Geographycally well situated - 5 min to all largest shopping malls, Kampi, Sokos, Stockmann, to Railway station, Kiasma, city center.

I like the booking system and simple procedure. clean, simple, enough space. WIFI . Good location in walking distance of central attractions. Relatively quiet street, plenty of amenities in the neighborhood.

Rooms were clean and relatively large. Initially thought we had a nice hotel, until we realized how hot and stifling the rooms are. Thermostat dial did nothing. Windows cannot be opened. No fan. Outside temperature was 14 C (57F) and rainy for two days and yet is was like a sauna in our room. Talked to others from our group... More

Hi Jeff Z, and so sorry that your stay wasn't of the best quality. We have been looking into possible solutions on the warmth issue in the hotel and as I understood, the main equipment that handles the temperatures on the other side of the hotel was broken and has as of a week or two back been replaced. I... More
