The big advantage with this hotel is its central location, a few minutes walk from the railway station and with tram stops almost outside the front door. The room was okey, but could need a little remake because it was a bit shabby. The staff at the reception was really friendly and offerrd to carry my bag up to the... More

Good central location. Easy access from tram line and central station. I came in on ferry from Tallinn and tram runs from ferry port direct to railway station which is three minutes walk to hotel small reception at back of coffee bar, adequate and staff very helpful First floor room, small but bearing in mind central city location very acceptable.... I visited this hotel for one night alone during Matka - Nordic travel fair 2015. I paid 99€ for that and I think it is too much. I still would say I had a really positive stay! I checked in in a hurry and it was faster than I thought. My room was really nice and first time travelling alone... More

Been in this hotel for 4 day work trip to Helsinki. have to say the price (for Helsinki) is very good, especially considering that its a very central hotel. Hotel staff were really nice, and accommodating. Rooms are basic and a bit small, but clean. Breakfast is reasonably ok, but don't expect something wow.....because its not. The strength of this... Briefly: 5 min to the Central Station, 1 min to metro, 2 min to the tram station, 35...40 min to the airport by regular bus, 5 min to Kluuvi, 10 min to Stockman or Forum. Nearly the same distance (5...15 min) to all the main shopping places in the very central part of Helsinki. Many good restaurants, cafes and pubs... More

We arrived quite late, but the room was not ready. Staff was friendly though. The hotel is quite outdated and room was small. Location is very good although the street is busy and windows of the room were very old = noise of the traffic. Breakfast was not very good. In general our stay was OK... just. But probably we... Rooms all to the main road where trams, buses, lorries, cars etc go all night. As noisy Euston Road during rush hour. No lift, so diffucult to carry luggage up the narrow staircase. Breakfast was quite good, although the breakfast/dining area was as inviting as a station waiting room. Location is excellent, 5 min to the city centre. Staff was... More

We spent three nights at this hotel and were underwhelmed. The breakfast was good, but all other aspects were not satisfactory. We were put in a small room at the end of a corridor. The room's fridge didn't work and when we complained it was ignored. The room was dark and gloomy and the air conditioner didn't work. The bathroom... More

The location is excellent. The train station is within walking distance. The only bad part is that there a slope when going towards the hotel. So going there with the luggage is quite a challenge especially since the shop at the foot of the slope was doing some refurbishment. The rooms are clean and average looking. Though nothing to rave... More
