Really great location, just 3 minutes walking distance from the Helsinki Central Railway Station and bus station. The staff were really friendly, but the room was small and the bed was incredibly hard. Our room was facing the Kaisaniemen street, but was surprisingly quiet. Housekeeping was not too good, but ok.

Got a good price through best western.com the day before. Friendly staff, great location. I asked for the nicest room and they obliged. Simple property (aka no pool) but I was quite satisfied for my 1 night stay

We were very pleased with this hotel its very centrally located. We asked for a quiet room and got one very spacious quiet room. The receptionist was very nice and even provided us with fans as the room had no windows . The room had a large double bed and plenty of space. The shower room was beautifully fitted out.... More

We spent two nights. It was our third time in this hotel. Location is great. Busy street but for us it wasn't a problem. Nice room, very clean, comfortable beds. No AC but there is info on site about it. Good breakfast. There is a cafe on the first flow (ground flow in other countries) . Very good and useful... More

The hotel is in the convenient place and have friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast were good and rooms were clean. It is in the walking distance to central train station and main trams pass by in front of the hotel.

Frankly, this hotel (room) is the absolute pits. First time I've stayed in a hotel that has no window, therefore no daylight, is VERY hot and has no airco. Sorry, for 125 EUR a night this is unacceptable.

This hotel is located in the city center in a great spot in the city. However taking into account the price per night and the service provided this is not the best choice in town... Breakfast is small and some products are from the previous day ... if you combine that to the fact that the breakfast is until 930... More

It is placed next to the railway station, so it's easy to reach from the airport too. The rooms are not so large but very pretty, especially the bathroom. Nice the ground floor where the reception, the bar (with some spanish feature) and the restaurant (good breakfast) are all together in a unique space. It give it a young-looking aspect.... More

We were very pleased with this hotel as it is very near to the shopping mall, the station and places of interest. We arrived in Helsinki by overnight ferry, so were very pleased to be able to check in early. The reception area is at the back of a cafe which feels a bit odd, however, we had a warm... More
