We stayed in this hotel between from 8th December for 3 nights 2013. On arrival the hotel looks really nice from the outside and is set in lovely surroundings but the only downside was as we was there for Christmas it just didn't look magical enough. Upon arrival you couldn't check in straight away because you've had a really early... More

We stayed in this Hotel between 22nd-26th December 2013. We upgraded to a luxury log cabin and i would def reccomend it. The Log cabin was beautiful and made our holiday. We went with our two children aged 8 and 4 years old. They were entertained from the minute we got on the plane. The entertainment team especially Antler Andy... More

Seriously.... for $400 a night, this hotel was a joke. I am a frequent traveler. travel most of my days than staying at home and this hotel totally did not meet our expectations. Room- Very small room with seriously outdated bathroom. no bathroom amenity with just a small shower. bed- uncomfortable small beds. No fridge in the room or wine... More

Was originally looking to book Winter Wonderland hotel with Thomsons as a late deal but they didn't have the dates we wanted so we booked here (Thomsons call it Forest Heights as other posters have mentioned). We are SO lucky we did! Flight from Manchester to Rovaniemi was on time and efficient. Flight staff were all REALLY attentive and jolly... More

Positives Rooms are always hot. There was plenty of food to cater for all. (Only one choice for desert mind and one evening it was biscuits) but if your looking for fresh vegetables your out of luck none for the four days we was there. There is a sauna so bring your costume. Did not read this in any litridure... More

We stayed for 4 nights 11th - 15th Dec 2012. I did so much research about where to stay. We were taking our 4 year old so wanted to go to Santa Park but also have the "middle of nowhere" experience and I couldn't have chosen better. The whole holiday was amazing. The hotel was lovely just what I wanted... More

A huge thank you to the legendary Thomson team; Jingle James, Snowflake Flick, Antler Andy and Teddy Bear Tash (Our 2 daughters favourite!). Also a massive than you to the wonderful elves, especially Tricky Dicky, Christmas Carol and Holly Berry who were fantastic!! We really had the best holiday ever in the most beautiful setting. Our reps and elves were... More

Fantastic stay, 18 - 22 december'13. Winter wonderland hotel, fantastic hotel, fantastic location. Good food, alcohol very expensive, £12 large glass of wine, £7.50 pint of lager. Recommend buy alcohol for the room in duty free. Thomson reps great, and we purchased all tours direct from them. Elf adventure, waste of money, however husky ride, skidoo's and reindeer rides were... More

We chose to come to this hotel to get married and weren't disappointed. The wedding location was magical and the whole trip was fantastic. There were four adults, no children and we loved every minute. The Thomson staff, the hotel staff and our wedding elf, Fairy Lights did everything they could to make sure we had a perfect time. All... More
