We've stayed here for one night, and were very surprised by this hotel. very good location. great view to savonlinna castle, extra comfortable beds, small kitchen. the breakfast was just wonderful: it was a basket with coffee, juice, warm bread, butter, cheese, ham, muesli and another stuff. The only one thing: we didn't found wireless internet :(

While the Lossiranta Lodge is not a "fancy" place, it is very functional. Among the plusses are the location directly fronting the local castle, the wonderful breakfast outdoors (although the weather was pretty brisk when we visited in late August) and interesting touches, such as the shower and the bathroom being one and the same. We stayed two nights at "Saunakamari"- room with a sauna -heated by a proper wood. Also a jacuzzi and really a view to the castle Olavinlinna. We could easily put on bathdropes and have a nice swim from a dock. Peaceful and reached everywhere by foot. Garden is also a place for relaxation with this superioir lake- and castleview!
