The location is really nice but it seems the last renovation was sometime during the 80's. Cleaning of the rooms was not happening on daily basis... The breakfast served was abysmal, and did not encourage to try their restaurant otherwise.

I stayed in this hotel for 11 nights. During that time the bedding was not changed even once. The maid service consisted of emptying the bins and making up the bed. Dirty towels left on the floor were hung up, not replaced. The bathroom was not cleaned during my stay and the tile floor in the bedroom was not swept... More

We spent one night in a double room with sauna, it sounded good, but the room was steaming hot. Not because of the sauna (it was nearly the coolest place in the room) but due to the glass ceiling outside of the room, letting heat in from the sun. Spa Casino has finally made an investment in air conditioning, big thanks for that! Now it´s much more convenient to sleep during the summer time. The interior has also been partly renovated. We were also very pleased with the friendly, smiling and helpful staff.

Location of this property is nice. It's right by the lake and rooms are facing into water front. The city centre is on walking distance (if you use the pedestrian bridge). But the location is basically only reason to stay in this hotel. We didn’t try the spa so maybe that could be the second reason to pick this hotel.... More
