Location of this property is nice. It's right by the lake and rooms are facing into water front. The city centre is on walking distance (if you use the pedestrian bridge). My expectations did not come true. Marketing promises of good service, comfortable rooms etc. were not true. I wonder how they can call this hotel as a spa hotel? The hotel is old and has basic rooms without any nicety. It was not worth of money, sorry to say.

quite nice hotel in nice location.we visited the hotel in winter time (march) and we couldn't see the landscape (everything was white) :) unfortunately we didn't try the SPA which looks very good. services is ok (they managed to change my room quickly - i had asked for double bed and not twins) breakfast unfortunately not european standard.

This hotel has potential to be much better. Now I had feeling that I am living in some kind of stundet hostel. Anyway, clean and rather quiet place and good sleep.

In the hotel was impossible to turn off the heating (in july!!! at 25c!!!). The staff was unpleasant and slow minded. The entire building needs a complete and drastic restyling. It is a great pity because the beautiful location deserves better.

Like most St. Petersburg dwellers, we selected this hotel for a weekend escape. The hotel was excellent, the breakfast was great, everything was clean. And the location is great. The only thing that I disliked a bit is a pool - too small :)
