This manor hotel is located in a beautiful, tranquil environment by the lake Saimaa. We stayed in the old manor house, which was very cosy. The room was rather small but nicely decorated in a classic style. There was no air conditioning, but the fan was quiet and efficient, and we had a very good sleep. The breakfast included a... More

We stayed here for one night in the new building (room 205). We had a great view of the forest from our room. The windows could be opened so we didn't need to use the air conditioner the fresh air kept the room cool. The bed was firm but comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We went on... More

Stayed here for the second time this year. First time was in the winter and we liked it. Now, when coming again, it was summertime and it looked all so different; the trees and all the gardening, how nice. We stayed for one night at the new part, the Rustholli, which is modern and very clean. We had a room... More

We stayed at Kyyhkylä Manor Hotel one night in the beginning of June. Our room was in the historical and idyllic Manor house, beautifully decorated in romantic style, comfortable, quiet and clean. The hotel is located in a beautiful rural setting by lake Saimaa. There is a 10 minutes drive to Mikkeli. Breakfast was buffet style and of a good... More

Well equiped nice rooms. Great breakfast buffee. Buffee service could be a bit better. Few empty plates on the buffee could be found. I would most definetly recommend the place for peace loving nature friend. We stayed in the new Rustolli hotel. It was new and good looking house. They could have selected less noisy air conditioning system to otherwise... More

We stayed in this rural hotel for 4 days as part of a holiday in Finland. The room was well furnished in modern Scandinavian style, spacious, and immaculately clean. The hotel spa and sauna were new and beautifully designed. The hotel location was perfect as it was a 10 minute drive from Mikkeli but located in a beautiful rural setting. The hotel... More

We visited Kyyhkyla Manor Hotel inspired by their couples -campaign. Kyyhkyla advertised a special weekend offer for couples arriving at selected weekends. The package included bottle of sparkling wine & chocolates upon arrival and assorted cheeses brought to the room during the second day. Our room was located in the new hotel building (we knew to ask for this based... More

We had a conference meeting at Kyyhkylä, with some 80 participators including wives, during two days in mid June. Kyyhkylä people organized the program, tours, lake cruises, two dinners, saunas and sight seeings in the tiny Mikkeli area. The weather was perfect and the countryside landscape among the best Finland can offer. Everything worked timely and well, the staff is... More
