This hotel exceeded my expectations. Although there were no rooms available for early checkin the receptionist was friendly and courteous. She was helpful with directions. My family only needed a hotel for a single night so chose this hotel due to value and location and was pleasantly surprised. Besides the hotel being clean and comfortable, the hotel had complimentary coffee... More

Nice standard (budget) hotel in central Gothenburg. The hotel itself is an okay standard although some parts begin to be worn. Breakfast buffet: is an okay standard although the range is not the greatest. But on the whole the stay was worth the money. The street outside the hotel was a big construction site when I visited the hotel in... More

This hotel was basic - no more and no less. The room was standard quality, the location is alright, the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast and the breakfast room was nice, and the hotel is pretty cheap. At this hotel, you get what you pay for.

The hotel is currently in the middle of a major building site which is quite off putting on arrival. Once you naigate the mud you are warmly greeted by the friendly reception staff. The rooms are basic and small, but functional and clean. The lack of room service, or any food options was dissapointing, but again not unexpected for a... More

This place is actually better than expected. Located a little of track, next to one of those street that used to be inappropriate, I expected worse. The place is fine however. Service is nice. Breakfast even good. Rooms adequate. If the price is nice and you can consider a nice walk from the station, I recommend it.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff was nice. I reached in hotel 1 hour before the checkin time. And the room was ready for checkin. Hotel was in a calm area about 10-15 minutes walk from the main shopping centre. The waffle and snacks in the evening were awesome and the breakfast was nice.

The previous review is spot-on. If you are an american and this is your first city in europe you will find it very small, expensive, a minimal staff and the breakfast and wifi only ok. Anyone who has traveled a lot in europe will find it typical sized, a great deal, the staff helpful and breakfast and wifi good. I... More

I only picked this hotel because I took a little while to decide on my trip and it was the cheapest offer during high summer season in Gothenburg. I honestly didnt expect too much, however, the hotel has a friendly staff willing to help you at any time, breaksfast is good enough and I had wifi included. Location is not... More

Hotel Comfort City Centre is a good business hotel. Rooms are not average size and are reasonably priced. Good restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. Reception is polite and helpful. Free tea, coffee and cake available in the breakfast area all the times. Overall would rate good value for money.

On our way further south, we wanted to make a one night stop i Gothenburg. This little hotel has a super friendly staff, clean rooms, free coffee (which is great) and an ok breakfast. Internet is also included. In other words all you need for a short stay. It's located just a short and nice walk from city centre and... More
