We needed a cheap hotel because we've made a stopover for the ferry to Frederikshavn the next day. Instead of paying a fortune for a short stay we decided to find out the Formula 1 hotel. We booked two rooms because we were with kids and it was incredible cheap. In fact we pay 50% of the amount we used to pay.
The location is fine, but arriving from the inner city is a complicated because there is no exit. So you have to ride along the hotel and turn 2 km later.
Checking in was fast, you don't get a key but a number to unlock your room. Don't forget to write this number in your mobile.
The rooms are small, there's a queens bed and a third bed above the queens for a kid. Toilet and shower is outside your room. This seems to be inconvenient but it's ok. It's possible to brush your teeth and wash yourself in the room. Traffic noise is limited despite the location along the highway, you don't need your earplugs.
