the hotel is in a terrific position, just a mere stroll away from all you want to see in the city center. The room are clean and simple, functional and fully equipped. Personnel is very nice, the breakfadt offers a quite wide choice of fresh products. I can't but reccomend it to whoever needs to spend some nights in this... More

In general, it is to be considered the lower limit for a three star hotel. The whole structure needs to be refurbished; rooms are definitely old, with the only exception of a flat screen TV of good quality, the bathroom is in the dimension of one in a cabin on board a ship! Breakfast room is nothing but sad, though... More

We stayed for one night in a twin room (2 separate beds and a sofa bed). The room was small, if we had used the sofa bed we would have to crawl around over the beds. The bath room was very spacious though. The room interior is OK but the corridor and the stairs look a bit shady. The beds... More

My wife and I stayed here for three nights visiting our son who now lives in the city. The room was not over-large but adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom, though there is a coffee machine, free to use, in the lobby. There is a basic lounge area. Breakfast is a standard... More

The rooms at this hotel are small and the breakfast room and food is well below par. Even though we called to indicate a late arrival we were put in a terrible room on the top floor. This was made up for by the good location and the very friendly staff.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. the hotel's location is excellent with just 10 mins walk to almost all major tourist attractions. There are lot of nice restaurants nearby and also in adjacent street (Vasagatan). You can walk to Haga (the old town) and most trams pass by from Vasagatan. The hotel staff was very friendly and always... More

We were making a trip to Norway , and we should sleep one night in Göteborg . Though we had phone reservations for a budget room 4 days before, on the spot, they said that is no room reservation for us. My advice is to double check the reservations for that hotel.

I was only in Gothenburg very briefly as my train arrived really late and I left early the next morning. However, this hotel was within walking distance of both the central train station and the venue of the concert I came in for so it was very convenient. The staff was really friendly and had snacks out at all times... More

There is a tram ride to get to the hotel from the train station. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the the old district (Gamla Stan) of Gotherburg. The staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was good and the wife was reliable.

If you are traveling on budget, this is a great place to stay. Rated high for the location. Select a room facing the road for a nice view, although it can get a bit noisy on a wed or sat night. The cakes at the counter are simply superb, and FREE with coffee round the clock - nice touch on... More
