The hotel is ok but it is located at the very top of the main street, Avenyn, and its a bit of a walk to go down-town and to the wharfs. The room assigned to us was excellent, roomy, lots of storage space and we were able to spread out and reorganize because we were there four days. The location was excellent also, great bar and good breakfast. more

A quite acceptable hotel in Gothenburg. A short distance from the city centre but central for nightlife (if that's what you're looking for). Bus stop right outside the hotel for the airport (Landvatter) or downtown. The lobby was rather noisy at the weekend (from the neighbouring bar I assume) but my room was quiet. I didn't actively dislike this place, but the rooms (I stayed in two over three nights) were extremely small, especially the bathroom area. I had to wait ten minutes to check in, which I could have done without. Food OK, the Bishops Arms pub very good. And a great buzzy location. But I should think there must be better options... more
