When driving to the hotel in my car I was totally lost a couple of times. Even more so when leaving... The location is not the best if you want to be "where the action is". But I liked that the hotel is right on the water front. This said, finding the way here and the location are the only... more

We had a great night here in this converted shipbuilding warehouse! The architecture was beautiful and modern, plus the rooftop sauna and outdoor jacuzzi had great 360 views of the city and Gothenburg across the river. When we were there, we went to the sauna twice and both times we were the only ones using it, additionally there was a... more

I travel to Gothenburg frequently on business and it's close to the office; love the decor; rooms are of good size but make sure you book a room with a balcony (there's a few rooms on the 2nd floor with only a window overlooking the lobby and i find them irritating and claustrophobic. It's also a non smoking hotel, so... more

This was my first trip to Sweden, and I think this hotel offers a good sense of the Swedish mindset -- a bit offbeat, in a creative sparse way. The hotel is a renovated shipbuilding factory and the rooms are plopped inside like Lego's built into a box. There is a large central atrium, but it is rather echo-ish and... more

Stayed here November 10th-12 and booked a superior double room. First of all they gave us the wrong room which was a standard room with stains on the bed and overlooked a building site. Once we moved to the superior room on the 8th floor we realised it was actually smaller than the standard room. It did have a large... more

I found this hotel difficult to locate. But I wasn't using a map! Pre-booked a handicap persons room. Pleastantly surprised by the overall size of the room I was allocated, on the 5th floor. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in during all my travels. The room also had a good size bathroom, with the usual handicap... more

The hotel is in a very interesting place near old shipyards in Eriksberg. The houses around the hotel are new and wonderful architecture. The surrounding feels calm and we had no problems with car thefts. The boat "Älvsnabben" will take you to the city centre in just 15 minutes and cost 20 SEK. Last boat from the city centre leaves... more

We stayed there with the kids in July. The hotel looks great from the outside, and the art collection is the best we have experienced at a hotel with several pieces by leading international contemporary artist. The rooms did not hold the same standard, and the service was not very polite. The hotel is located on the "wrong" side of... more

The Hotel 11 is located down and across the estuary from the city centre in the regenerated former Eriksberg shipbuilding yard. The views from the hotel of the city, the port and of course passing ships are quite stunning. Best of all are the frequent, cheap ferries that take you from the quayside in front of the hotel right into... more

Interesting hotel, just completing renovations. Solid wood floors and a modern design. Ideal for business trips but a bit out of the town centre. more
