You wonder why a hotel would name itself after a lamp, but when you enter the place and see the lamp in the restaurant (or rather the restaurant around the huge lamp) it makes total sense :-) This definitely is not a chain hotel, but a very charming, friendly and cosy hotel. It's split up over two buildings, the main... More

We stayed at the Lamp Hotel for one nicht in late June. Very nice and professional personel. Nice interior, location and size of the room. Free safe deposit in the room. Water kettle, coffee and tea in the room. On the down side: Not very clean. There were several black hair in the bed. One of the cushions was very dirty.... More

A nice comfortable hotel, with a very helpful staff, nicely decorated rooms, and quiet rooms. Like many so-called boutique hotels in Europe, for some reason they've decided they don't want to put doors on the showers. Water gets all over the bathroom and you have to mop it up with a towel if you don't want to be walking through... More

My husband and I stayed at The Lamp Hotel for one night during our trip to Sweden. The room was nicely furnished. The bathroom was adequate and clean, but the whole room got soaked when we showered. Interestingly, one wall facing the room was glass...so you had to pull a giant curtain when you had to use the facilities. During... More

The Lamp is a new hotel with a classy vibe and decorations. Our room was in the dependence building across the street. It's a nice room, but at this expensive rate (€132 without breakfast) you don't expect to come across these flaws; - Stickers on the toilet (not hygienic, let alone esthetic) - Some dirt spots on bathroom floor, at... Situated in the heart of the shopping district on a side street with interesting individual shops, this is a great place to stay. The courtyard dining area is a great place to spend the evening in the warmer months and the hotel has a small but pleasant reception area. We stayed in a double room in the annexe. The decor... Stayed one night at The Lamp Hotel in August. Had a family room and it was spacious with a comfortable bed and a bed sofa. The bath room was huge with a nice shower, but the question is why they did not invest in a bathtub with all that space?!.. This summer in Sweden was hot, and we were pleased... More

The Lamp Hotel is an oasis in the middle of Norrköping. It is very unexpected as it could just as have been at a "good address" in any metropolis the world. The restaurant in the courtyard has great food in a beautiful setting. The staff is very friendly and service minded. A small downside is that the curtains are very... More

We stayed for 1 night as an overnight stop. We had great service at check in, the staff being very helpful. The room was fantastic and spacious, with a lovely bathroom. All the little details made it stand out and it is somewhere I would definitely return. The location in the centre of the city, and opposite the fantastic bakery... More

Well located hotel with car park opposite. Friendly staff, but too few of them. Weirdly designed rooms with lots of black on walls and floors and furniture. Lively bar in central hotel courtyard. All bedrooms overlooked by buildings opposite, so no privacy, and very thin curtains let in lots of street lights. No reception after about 10pm. Worryingly little regard... More
