I stayed 1 night in this hotel on a business trip. We arrived late and the receptionist was very friendly and made sure we could still eat. The rooms are very basic, small and not very welcoming but fine for 1 night. The restaurant is extremely expensive. 2 hamburgers and 5 beers for 82 euro ?? Breakfast was perfect. To... More

A very nice hotel situated in the centre of the town with many shops, mall, restaurants and coffee shops just outside the door. The hotel is an old building with a lot of character but it definitely needs a lot of care, the walls need painting and the carpets need changing. I assume that this is going to be taken... More

A classic one would think: in the middle of Linköping, spacy lobby, very - very friendly staff, room with a view on the square and good light, a silent fridge and a real quality television. So far, so good. However (and a pity for the kind staff): this place is no 4 star hotel; maybe 2, or 2 minus? Small... More

I was in Linkoping for business and had a single bedroom here. The hotel is in the town centre, with lots of resturants/pubs around. The room I had was relatively small, but clean and in good condition; the temperature in the room can be adjusted by regulating the knob on the radiator. You could hear some (faint) noise from outside... More

I spent one night there, it was really wonderful. I used a single room which was not big but it was more than enough for me and it had everything. The room and bathroom were clean. Despite the small room, I had mini-bar, safety box, hair dryer, iron table and the most important, cattle for coffee and tea. The breakfast... More

The hotel had a perfect location, the room was adequate and the bed was big and comfortable (almost too fluffy). We had a nice view over the square, but no noise bothered us. The breakfast was good with all that we needed and the extra plus was the free newspapers. We did not eat at the hotel, but the terrace... More

Staff speaks English, the service can be a bit slow (to get a menu or something to drink), menu is available in English. The food is nicely prepared, very tasty, although some dishes can be very small, for a big price (esp the desserts). In summer, you can sit outside on the terras.

The location is perfect. Town square right outside with pubs, and restaurants with outdoor seating. Be sure to request a room not facing the square if noise bothers you. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean but could use a fresh coat of paint and some new furniture. Table looked like it came from a second hand store. Room... More

I stayed in the "business class" suite at this hotel for one night and had a great hotel experience. The suite I stayed in was very spacious, furnished with pieces that were both really comfortable and functional as well as nicely designed. The room had both a tub and a shower (placed right at the entry of the room, which... More

I stayed at Stora hotellet for one night in a standard room while in town for business. The room wasn't large, but it was enough. It had a single bed, desk, chair and a newly renovated bathroom. My room faced the square outside the hotel and I could hear some sounds from the traffic. However they had anticipated this and there... More
