After a 3 week trek through Europe, my holiday ended with Orebro as the last stop. I had planned to stay in a hostel, but at this point in the trip thought it was worth spending a little more money to have a private room. Hotel Skomakaren was perfect! The staff was exceptionally accomodating and friendly. (Especially Eva!) I felt it was perfect for a solo traveler as well, very safe and the staff helpful. Having breakfast and coffee included every morning was really nice too as well as free internet. The room was clean and very affordable. Honestly, throughout the 3 weeks of traveling from South western Europe to the North, Hotel Skomakaren was my favorite place to stay. When I make it back to Orebro someday, I'll definitely stay here!
