The views alone from the balcony of our double room made it worth every one of the 57 euros we had spent to stay the night. For that price, which includes a good buffet breakfast, I was not expecting much so was delighted at every turn. The hotel was extensively upgraded a few years ago and we stayed in the... More

This hotel is in several parts with a very steep climb up from the road. We stayed in the new part with views overlooking the sea but no balconies, which was disappointing. The rooms were very clean and modern. A few odd scuffs here and there but nothing to worry about considering the price. The bed was reasonably comfortable and... More

This is an older and slightly worn hotel! It has a great location, with a magnificent view of the sea and the beach of Foz. All in all this is a good place for most families! Book a superior room, not ordinary!! You will not regret it!! What is good: + Family friendly place + Cozy to sit on the... More

Shame that the service is so poor. The bath rooms smell badly, specially the ones in the old part (the best view). They should renew all because it's a shame that an hotel with so nice view is old and smelly.

Did you know that the public can access the bar and restaurant? We have visited the bar a few times, but we have not eaten in the restaurant, so my review is only for the bar. There are snacks and drinks available at very reasonable prices, although limited to sandwiches, toasties and cakes. But the view fro the terrace is... More

We only stayed one night so possibly not the full review but the views are spot on and the rooms clean if a little on the small side ( well equiped). The restaurant however is very poor, more canteen than a 4 star hotel. We ate at the beach area for not a lot more than the buffet would have... More

Rating of for the new building only. Air-conditioning in our room was working as a fan only, but with open balcony that was sufficient considering lovely weather for two nights we stayed there. Old buildings have only heaters, as we were told. Rooms without view are small, but have balcony (first floor only) of nice size, about 2.5 x 3... More

The great experience started with a slow and confusing check in since the booking I have had confirmed by email a few weeks back was not done and the lady at the reception had to find out which rooms were available. We were sent to the new building and found a very small room with terrible decoration. As there was... More
