The hotel reception desk is relatively small, but this is a small hotel, there are 5 floors to this hotel. I found the room to be surprisingly large. Fantastic location, just behind the opera house. Close to T-Bahn, shopping district, gamla stan etc. Lovely area to stay in and is very convenient for getting to other parts of Stockholm. Excellent hotel in a handy and central location. Perfect base to go sightseeing, shopping etc. Really scrumptious breakfast, in a modern fully equipped hotel (am availing of free wireless as I write). Stayed there on a tour. Location is outstanding. Room was ok, though it had a funky smell from the drains. The reimbursed half the rate because of that. Impossible to reach with busses/trucks.Staff was nice and helpfull. Breakfast ok. more
