Loved this hotel! The staff are friendly and there was a selection of fruit, teas and coffees during each day. The breakfast was wide ranging and certainly ample enough. The room was good, we especially appreciated the fridge.

just a few minutes walk from the t.Bana, the hotel doors opened for us and the receptionist welcomed us for our 5 night stay. Our room was a superior, overlooked the inner courtyard. We had booked a city view, so were told we could move rooms the next morning. The bed was so comfy we overslept and missed breakfast. The... More

The hotel is conveniently located in a good area of the city, and is convenient to attractions in Gamla Stan and Djurgarden. Yes, there is a shortcut to Djurgarden if you take Riddargatan straight till the end and swing over to the bridge that crosses to Djurgarden. This is a small hotel, and while it doesn't have all the glamour... More

The hotel is in a quiet area and an easy walk to the subway, numerous shops and restaurants and to many of the tourist areas. The breakfast buffet is great and had plenty of options. The rooms are clean and adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in a range of hotel types, from yurt to luxury, but I have never, ever, had such a bad experience as Hotel Riddargatan. I had planned a short stay in Stockholm and was looking for a nice, centrally located hotel. That’s how I made the mistake to book this hotel. Apart its location, everything else is completely... Dear Antigone, First of all I’m very sorry that you feel that you had a bad experience with us. It’s true that we were subjected to an overbooking for the room category that you had booked, this due to a technical problem in our reservation system. We did our best to try to solve the problem, but we failed to... More

The location of Hotel Riddargatan is absolutely perfect. Walking distance from great shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is highly recommended. Pros: Perfect location, excellent breakfasts. Cons: Building in road just outside our room. Very noisy. They did not refresh the coffee, milk, sugar and water in our room daily, we had to ask... We travelled to this beautiful city as a couple, this was an Xmas present for my partner as he had travelled here before many years ago, however this was my first visit and wow what a fantastic place to experience. Upon arrival at The Riddargatan, we were cheerfully greeted by the staff who were most helpful and informative throughout our... More

I forgot that if ordered a single room as there was limited availability. The room was on the top floor and wasn't very spacious and wasn't really a nice space to chill out in after a day's work. The breakfast was delicious and had a good location

Hi! Thank you for taking time to give us a review. It’s important for us to get feedback so that we can change things that are not good, and improve our good things to be even better. I’m sorry that you didn’t like your room and that you thought your single room was too small. I would suggest that you... More

This hotel is rather over- rated in TA and other reviews. Location is super, but the rooms and breakfast are very ordinary. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Bathrooms are ok. Room tip: ask for a room which does not overlook the street which can be noisy late at night.

Excellent experience! Superbly friendly and helpful staff. Great location for dining and shopping. Well worth the price. The front desk has everything you should need for your stay, from electrical adapters to irons and ironing boards.
