Good location and breakfast. Ok value (rooms were small and no svenskt tenn was seen in my room - as shown on the booking site). Quite business oriented. Not sure the 20 eur upgrade option was worth it. Lacked romance.

There are many hotels in this hip 'n' happening part of town; most of them with suitably hip 'n' happening room sizes (tiny) and prices (eye-watering). Hotel Riddargatan is a real gem which bucks both of these trends. Modern, comfortable rooms, great beds (I almost missed my flight home through over-sleeping) and very courteous staff. Will definitely be back.

I stayed here for five nights while I was going to a week-long intensive class at KTH. It was about a 25 minute walk to the university but it was such a beautiful area and city that I looked forward to the walk, even when it was -15 degrees celsius. The hotel itself was pretty much nothing short of perfect.... More

Nice rooms and very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff helping you with everything. Breakfast was good and selection acceptable, in a very relaxed setting. Very good central location, which is near to most things.

Cosy hotel in perfect location with friendly personnel and tastiest breakfast I've ever had! I stayed here first time 13 years ago, and service stayed as good as then. Bonus - there was a free glog on reception :) Strongly recommended.

Pleasant hotel with friendly personell and great breakfast. Very central located in storeplan. A lot of bars and restaurants around the corner. The bathroom was outdated, but it seems they are restoring them now.

This is the first time I find weights in a hotel room. Then, I understood. This hotel has a mission: to keep you fit, healthy and eco-friendly. Well, the experience was very timely for me. I have broken my shoulder and dislocated the joint 5 years ago. Then I had the joint blocked for about 3 years. With Yoga and... More

Located very close to the train station in a lovely neighbourhood. It is within walking distance of Gamla Stan (The Old Town). It offers one of the best breakfast with a variety of dishes ..... something for everyone! Generally a clean hotel.

Good location, comfortable, helpful staff. Car parking available, just recommended to reserve in advance. Continental breakfast, delicious mix of fresh vegetables and fruit cocktail. The only thing was bothering - control of the heating in the room, little cold:( at this time of the year.

The location couldn't be better if you are thinking of visiting Stockholm as a tourist. 18mim walk from central train station, 20min walk to Gamla Stan (old town) and another 20min walk to Djurgården. Also in the heart of the shopping district. The rooms are a bit small but fine. Didn't think the bed was that comfortable - a queen... More

Hi Cristina, Thank you for your feedback! The room that you booked was a small double/Queen size room. We do have other room categories, for an example standard double, superior double and suites. Perhaps you would enjoy one of those rooms better? If you stay with us again, please ask the front desk and we can show you the different... More

Staying in Ostermalm

Neighborhood Profile
Ostermalm
With its high-end shopping facilities and Michelin-starred restaurants, Östermalm is definitely the poshest part of central Stockholm. Here you will find Stockholm’s most majestic residential buildings, a beautiful market hall from 1888 displaying gourmet foods from around the world and the Swedish Royal Dramatic Theatre with its awe-inspiring architecture. At night, legendary nightclubs make the perfect location to observe the natives (and those aspiring to become natives of this exclusive neighborhood) in their natural habitat and to enjoy the latest produce of the Swedish house music scene.
