We stayed at this hotel and the location was great to see the sights of Stockholm. Breakfast is great. Problem was that they have no AC and so the windows need to be open in the summer and at the moment they are doing road construction which starts at 5:00 AM. Super noisy. Would probably be 4.5 stars without the... More

This hotel has the possibility of being a lovely boutique hotel. Instead it is a shabby worn out hotel with rooms that resemble college dormitories, tattered furniture with dings and scratches and stains. It has no air conditioning and a breakfast room with no ventilation with temperatures ranging in the high eighties. Their .idea of a clean room is changing... More

Dear Cindy, Thank you for your review. We take all critics seriously and I have looked in to the matter. Due to the extreme heat that we experienced in Stockholm now in July and August our ventilation system didn't work as well as we wanted. We are now looking in to replacing our old system with a new one. I'm... More

Stayed only 1 night but could have stayed longer. Were upgraded on arrival which was a nice surprise. Our large room on the 3rd floor was very 'Scandi cool' with bright red, yellow and blue colouring and had nice big windows you could open and being a hot day it was necessary. Room had everything one could wish for as... More

Wonderful and rich breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The streets were noisy an till 3 am and the rooms were hot (30° outside). Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the rooms. So sleep did not come easy.

This was my second stay here. It was a busy summer weekend, am told there was a big conference as well as a concert (One Direction I think), so the town was packed. Getting rooms was not easy, and the rates were very steep in all hotels including this one. The hotel is great. The location is very central and... More

The room we got was small and had bad air. The bed double was small. There was alot of noise from the street. The breakfest was average. There was no facilities on the hotel. So the room was not worth the price.

The personal was friendl and helpful they speak english. - we had 30 degrees on our stay - if you need air condition, you should'nt choice this hotel. Very satifsief for this 4 **** Hotel!!!

The lobby, staff, and breakfast were all fine, but the thing that counted, the room, was very disappointing. We got the standard double and it was really small, the furniture was old and ugly, the mattress sagged and the walls were scuffed. The worst thing was that the small double bed was pushed into the corner, making it very awkward... More

We spent 2 nights at Hotel Riddargatan in July and found it to be clean, comfortable and well located. The location allowed for easy exploration of the city and although we chose to explore mostly on foot, there were several public transportation options in close proximity as well. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable and our first... More

We booked this hotel based on location and got our room through hotels.com. When we arrived we were told our room was the one right beside the reception desk. Knowing we booked through a discount site we figured we would try it out and see how bad it was. We ended up staying in that room the full 5 days... More
