Great location and quite good price in Stockholm. We stayed in double rom. Unfortunately rom was dirty and kitchen was very dirty... we had problem to make some tea cause so dirty... people were really strange there. Maybe because it was LGBT parade same day in Stockholm but we really didn't want leave rom. There is also no window in... More

Great location, helpful staff but strange guests who appeared to live there and created a strange atmosphere. Rooms are ok but no windows and hardly any wifi reception in the rooms but id stay there again so major complaints!

Location can't be beat, nor can price. Service was also very friendly. Guests were a mix of the backpacker set and down-on-their-luck type folks (middle-aged male immigrants, single mothers with young children) who were, I'm pretty sure, actually living there. Rooms were windowless but well-ventilated. Water pressure and temperature good, though bathrooms could use a clean and a few repairs.... More

The location of this place is fantastic, and the price is right, the actual place... not so fantastic. The people who run it are just bizarre, is the only way I can think to describe them. For example, they ask you take your shoes off when walking in the halls. Seriously. At about midnight, they came to one of the... More

location and price are the best for stockholm. good food for breakfast. funny people. Two important things to know: some beds are near the emergency light, always on; there aren't sheet, the rent for which is 50 sek.

City Lodge is a nice hostel with a great location. I slept in a female dorm which was equiped with some extra's, which was very nice. The room had no window however, which makes a dorm feel small. Although the room was quite good, the kitchen and common area where a bit disappointing, there was not really a good atmosphere... More

We stayed there for just one night in the biggest room they have (for 18 people), the space was very limited, beds were quite noisy and there was just one shower for all of us...there were more downstairs, but it was a bit unconfortable. We visited Stockholm in August and despite of renting the sheets (first time I see this... More

I needed a place to stay in Stockholm for just one night and wanted to be as close to the train station as possible, so in that sense City Lodge is perfect. Two minute walk and very easy to find (and also right by the city centre and Stockholm's 'old town'). Very welcoming although somewhat confused staff. There is a... More
