For a hostel there are some upgrades in here. The location is not bad since you can have a 25 minutes walk to the centre. The private double rooms are good. You have a kitchen downstairs to have your own meals. The downside was the shared bathroom. The overall quality for this hostel is good. It is near the subway.Comparing... More

Great location, very confortable beds, good cleanliness and nice staff. I think that's basically what I look for in an accommodation and STF Fridhemsplan reached and even exceeded all my needs. I usually look for accommodations with private bathrooms, but this time we booked a room for 4 people and shared bathroom. The room was big enough and had plenty... More

The hotel is exceptionally convenient for its price. It is located about 2 blocks from the subway, provided you take the best exit, and is only about a block from the airport express bus. A few stops will take you closer to the main sights of Stockholm, but it's also a very nice walk. The price is a bit hefty... More

The hotel has a hostel's part and a hotel section. The hostel rooms are among the cheapest acceptable accommodation that is available in central Stockholm. There are twin rooms with shared bathroom or windowless rooms with private bathroom. Ok for one or a few nights. The convenient airport buses has a stop nearby the hotel.

I stayed in STF Fridhemsplan for a short citytrip. I had the private room without window view. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Nothing to recommend on that. However it was a bit small room but for a stay of 4 days it was acceptable. If you plan to stay longer in Stockholm you should... More

I have stayed at this hostel several times (every time I visit Stockholm) and I would stay there again. I'm absolutely convinced of this hostel - value for money is top! TOP: > the room was very clean > in general, I prefer rooms with an own bathroom, but the common bathrooms were very clean so I was absolutely fine!... More

Very disappointed. The staff firstly gave me a room, around which the entire floor was being refurbished. Apparently not so many people were staying there on that floor. All the tools were laird on the ground and obviously it's going to be very noisy during daytime. The I went back to ask for a change, it took me quite a... More

The beginning and end of our hiking tour was this hostel near the city center of Stockholm. We had a room for 4 people for 1 night and the 2 rooms for 2 people for 3 nights. The rooms are very clean and contain a new flatscreen TV. WC and showers are on the corridor and also clean. The breakfast... More

Actually February 2013. This hostel is on the more expensive side, but great in many was. 24/7 reception with personnel that are QUICK to respond on mail, phone and when you need help. That is good. Lobby, hallway and rooms are great, carpeted and clean. Possibility to use kitchen (when I was there only temporary kitchen :-( But please look... More
