This hotel is quite cheap for Stockholm - we paid about 580 SEK for a triple, per night. It's only about 10-15 minutes by t-baba to central city, and about a five minute walk from the station, which has a few restaurants, shops, and a supermarket. The area is very industrial and the walk is slightly dodgy, through a couple... More

When You book a room here You dont exactly know if they not cancel your booking and tell you that was a "price mistake". Dont sleep here, They cancel reservations without a reason! I am very disappointed with this hotel.

I have stayed at hostels and cheap hotels much better than the Metro Hotel. - First of all the hotel promises too much: 1) On hotels.com it was announced that it was possible to borrow a fridge and a microwave oven to your room. In my reservation I wrote that I would like to use this service, but first on... More

Worst Hotel Customer Service Experience I have ever had. After working at a hotel in Vancouver Canada, I was shocked and disappointed at the level of customer service I received at this establishment. We had an issue with parking and when I called to try and have it resolved, I was met with the coldest and rudest service I have... More

Arrived at night (around 11.30) after a long trip. Already informed about late arrival as the hotel requested. However, the reception said that there is only one room appears in the booking which should be two. Took about 20-30 mins to find out the missing reservation from their system. Although I have reserved one standard double room and one standard... More

We spent one weekend here in June 2011 and we are still disgusted by the facilities and the lack of professionalism of the entire staff. We booked two double rooms but only one was available when we arrived. Two friends were then given a sort of room at the ground floor with no toilet, while we were offered a room... More

This "3 Star" hotel is a joke on unsuspecting travelers and a joke on Sweden! It is just a warehouse building and the "reception" was a table amidst stacked boxes in a garage like room with a small name plate on the table which read "Reception." It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station, through deserted neighborhoods and... More

I am not sure as if it was due to renovation or not, but the time I visited, the "reception" was what I cannot even comment. It was just some old table in the hall. The room was clean, but a lot smaller than I expected. As it is in some kind of industrial area (warehouses?) you might wanna consider... More

The neighborhood was not comfortable to move around in --very far off from the city centre --breakfast just about OK --rooms small for the doubles ---hotel in bad condition --repairing going on --lift looked century old ---reception not there --makeshift arrangement ---railway station to hotel walk being through two tunnels was scary although there were no untoward incidents ---however, given... this is quite possibly the worst "hotel" i have ever stayed in! as someone who has back packed and travelled extensively through business and for pleasure this was a shock to me. basically on an industrial estate. no manned reception. dirty. tiny rooms, 3m x 2.5m including the bathroom. as other people have said, a long dark walk (10 mins)...
