Pros: 1. Close to T-Bahn station and food places 2. In a good touristy place 3. Clean 4. Very good hospitality. The receptionist was very helpful throughout my stay. She even offered to make a sandwich breakfast at 3 in the morning when I was leaving. Appreciate Sandra and her team's effort to make me feel comfortable. 5. Breakfast is... More

Good options around the hotel there are restaurants, pubs and also one metro station 6 min away, but on an walking distance of a good range of options, rooms are fairly large and clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Big room. In spite it's under the lobby, it's not too much noisy (the only problem is that we could hear the water running through the pipes). All points of interest are about 1,5 to 2km. Great breakfast and staff!

Ok, it's clean enough and the wallpaper isn't falling off the walls. However, the hotel is not cheap and the rooms are so small you can hardly move. We were on a business trip, and when we arrived in the evening we asked for the bar: there isn't one. And then we asked if we could purchase a beer each.... More

I was to stay in Stockholm for three days during early February and weather forecast was snowy. Unfortunately and surprisingly Stockholm hotels were full and I had to stay in this hotel which was little bit far off - not ideal when forecast was snowy. I was allotted room 405. Actually just a floor above the ground floor. It was... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 29/11-3/12/2014. We arrived late at Saturday night and asked for a double room although my husband's company has had made a reservation for a single room. The receptionist (man) didn't like our request and asked us what we would do in case that he couldn't find a double room for us.... More

This actually happened in November 2009 during a training at SPRO. Ideally situated in the center of the new town the place is quiet and really lovelly attracting though I then found rooms to be small. Excellent buffet breakfast.

I recently stayed here and found the location to be excellent if you want a quiet stay in a really nice neighbourhood. There is free WiFi (a bit slow and intermitent) and coffee all day there and breakfast was pretty good. I'm sure a few of the rooms are great. Mine was not. I am 1.92m tall and I was... More

Dear Awsgi, I'm sorry that You weren't satisfied with Your stay. We do have different room types, and the smallest rooms are small, but they are also the cheapest rooms. For Your next stay, I would recommend a Single Queen room or a Standard Double room. Best regards Jenny Ullberg BEST WESTERN Hotel Karlaplan More

A good hotel. A little bit out of city centre, but not so far that it is too far to walk. Also very easy to reach by subway, only two stops from the central station. Pleasant neighbourhood, pleasant hotel, pleasant staff. Good breakfast, but there should have been better coffee. Well worth the money, although a bit trouble logging on... More
