Quick overnight biz trip to Stockholm and i went for something a bit different than the norm. Stockholm is notorious for over priced, average accommodation so decided on trying one of the numerous hotel boats dotted around various locations. Firstly the thing to remember here is that its a SHIP. You get CABINS not rooms Its CHEAP...dont expect luxury, the... More

A low-cost hotel in an expensive city. Pros Basic breakfast and wifi included in the price. 10 mins walk from Mariatorget Station Cons Very environmentally conscious - they wash the sheets every 3 days Bed not very comfortable or clean to begin with! Restrictive height not recommended for people more than 6ft.2 Limited sea view ( porthole)

Extreme small rooms! Not clean either.... they are not cleaning much! I expect little bit more, no meter that is cabin! Room is very short, not more than 180 cm so if you are tall person not recommended :) Also the heating was bad and the outside temperature was very cold, since i was before 2 days! The location is... Ok firstly, it's a ship so keep that firmly in mind when considering booking here. Secondly, the rooms aren't huge, it's a ship. Thirdly, it floats, it's a ship but it is well and truly secured to the wharf (it doesn't rock). Getting all that out of the way, we recently had four nights on Loginn and were delighted with... Worth for the location and sights. You can go almost everywhere from there in a walking distance (if the weather is good). The Kajplats area has a stunning view of Stockholm city. Be aware that they have really small rooms (particularly the single/small room which are located downstairs and are not allowed to open the windows - but if you... More

The hostel itself is located at Kajplats and it is very convenient to get to the centrum and back. Either by walking or with the metro which is 5 minutes away. Our room had a bunk bed in it, was clean and the beds were very comfortable. However, there is no possibility to open a window and the room was... More

Stockholm is a very city with very expensive accommodations and i chose this as this was cheaper of all but to my surprise it became one of my unforgettable experiences. it was a unique experience to stay on a small boat in a city like Stockholm. only Swedish kronor accepted this was a very big problem for me.as i had... We spent 3 nights at the Loggin boat hotel in May/June 2013. The location is ideal to visit the central island and the staff is friendly. The boat hotel was undergoing some much needed renovation but mostly outside in the bar and terrace areas. The double and triple rooms are small and toilets lack any ventilation. Breakfast was very basic.... More

I wanted to try one of the famous BoatHotels in Stockholm and I choose the LogInn since it a had a great location and a good price. Lets start from the oly positive thing: the view. Amazing. The rest is just horrible. The room is really small, with a tiny bathroom. A very small window that you could not open,... More

The room was 78.90 a night...which for what we got was pretty steep. it was a 20 mins walk from the central island, and as two girls travelling we didn't like walking around at night. taxi was about £17 to central station. We booked an economy double room. the bed was smaller than a double and with two cases and... More
