If you don't already know, Stockholm is an expensive city. We came across this hostel pretty last minute and where attracted by its easy to reach location. It's a 20 minute walk to the central station, 15 minute walk to the city centre and surrounded by amazing cool bars and restaurants! The staff are friendly and so helpful! Kitchen was... More

The location in Gamla Stan is great to instantly get out and explore. Not too far of a walk from Centralen or Gamla Stan tbana stops. The staff are friendly. I used the kitchen once, which was very easy, other guests were very friendly. I did not find the rooms too cramped, however the shower heads were small. Enjoyed my... More

The hostel has a good location in the Old Town, so it is very convenient for the Gamla Stan and central parts of Stockholm. The best part was handing back the key and leaving. That is the end of the good. The hostel is badly run. The staff are only there a few hours each day, so there is little... More

Hostel's rooms are very small but cute. Personnels are very kind. Also, Old town hostel is in the great location. In the hostel you can feel that you are cooking like in your home kitchen. However when I went there, my room was dusty but when I told the receptionist, she solved my problem immediately and in the evening my... More

Originally booked for one night when I couldn't stay in the hostel I wanted, but ended up staying for a week! This is one of those genuine hostels - the type without all the unnecessary rubbish that a lot of hostels falsely try to sell to you as 'value'. Good, genuine service from the hostel staff and nothing is over... More

We stayed there 1 night. Its main advantage is its great location: at the heart of the old town island of Gamla Stan, it is situated at a walking distance from the train station (10mins) and the city centre (Gustav Adolf Torg, etc.) (3mins). The staff was very nice and the rooms did the job: they were clean, the only... More

We did a backpacking trip all around Europe, and this hostel was the most expensive. (Although it is considered cheap in Sweden). The hostel is underground so the rooms do not have windows. In the morning it was hard to tell what time it was since there was never light coming into the rooms. Also, the bathrooms smelled extremely bad.... More

I stayed at this hostel in August with a friend and we arrived past the check in time having booked on hostel bookers which said it was 24 hour check in - be warned, you need to email them in advance if you plan on arriving late. As it was 11pm we were panicking but thankfully someone let us in... More

The hostel was clean and they offered free tea, coffee and pasta. Great location in the centre of the city and very easy to get around. The receptionist had no idea of things to do in Stockholm and when I questioned activities in the area he was of no help whatsoever. I found this extremely disappointing as I had little... More

The best that the hostel offers is the location, in the old town , Gamla Stan. I would stay there again because of it. We were 4 people, so we could take a room for us and nobody else. The room is small, but ok. There are only 3 showers in each bathroom, and just 1 toilet inside each bathroom... More
