I like the decor of the hotel. It's contemporary and artistic. I enjoyed the breakfast very much. The hotel located in a safe and convenient neighborhood. There is a few grocery stores nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from. However, the hallway makes the hotel looks cheap. The bathroom is so inconvenient I found it annoying. Overall, it was... More

Elite Hotels offers unique well managed hotels in Stockholm with high standards. Elite Palace is well managed and the new renovations make it an excellent choice in Northern Stockholm. The breakfast buffet offers a very large spread. The art work throughout the hotel is very interesting and modern. Great Design!

I used this hotel for a business two days of a business trip because it is walking distance from the Karolinska Institute (1 km). The room was well-appointed but small and the bathroom even smaller. I loved the fact that there was radiant heat in the bathroom but there was also the unmistakable smell of urine that permeated the entire... More

friendly staff at my late check in... got a room on the top 11th floor, street side. Upon entering the room, it struck me how small it was... hardly any room to move around... with the door opening towards the hallway, you had the impression of stepping into a furbished prison sell. Though small, a good effort has been made... More

A nice, quiet, friendly clean hotel with easy access to Karolinska Hospital. The breakfast was nice and available throughout the morning. Great to be able to leave your bag at the hotel after check out. It was a short trip so did not have time to explore the hotel fully or use all the services. Would stay again as the... More

Some pros: in many respects a beautiful hotel; delicious complementary breakfast; close proximity to bus stops for airport shuttle; our room was relatively large; access to comprehensive 24/7 fitness center (for ~$5/visit) Some cons: wifi was terrible and sometimes didn't work at all; design of bathroom made no sense and shower consistently flooded entire bathroom floor requiring a clean-up after... I was here last summer and I enjoyed my stay. Now I'm looking for a hotel to stay in on my next trip and this hotel is indeed on the top of my list. Very quiet and peaceful, even though the hotel was rather full. Nice breakfast, a lot of things to choose from. Very helpful and polite staff. Well... More

We had a great time in stockholm, sleeping and having breakfast at the elite palace Hotel! Thank you for the service. The Hotel is only a few minutes from the station St:eriksplan. So you are at the Central Station in around 10 minutes, what's realy Nice.

Booked a superior room all for myself, and I don't have any complaints. The bed was soft and lovely to sleep in. The breakfast was good and there was a lot to choose from. I only stayed one night, so I can't really say much about the service, except that the room was clean and nice when I arrived, and... More

Staying in Vasastan

Neighborhood Profile
Vasastan
Vasastan is one of those neighborhoods that almost looks too good to be true. It has the winning combination of a central location, tranquility, and beautiful buildings – housing sophisticated bars and eateries – that makes this neighborhood Stockholm’s most sought-after place to live. If walking through this area makes you feel like walking through a fairy tale or picture book it’s no surprise, as it’s actually the film set of the famous Swedish children story Karlsson-on-the-Roof. No matter what season, Vasastan manages to impress in the sunshine, covered in snow and won’t even lose its charm when soaked in rain.
