I am quite satisfied about my 3-night stay. But as all hotels, the Best Western Kom hotel has pros and cons. For a three-star hotel in Stockholm at an acceptable location, I had a great price (the Best Western Saver rate: 126 euros per night in June while there where several events in the city, as the Volvo Ocean Race... more

I had a room besides the elevator shaft, where you will be woken up (in case, you could doze off at all!) every time a person rides the elevator up and down. So don’t expect to get sleep at all, or, my advice, ask specially for a room far from that very annoying elevator. In my case, I came home... more

We were very happy with this hotel. Obviously not a 5 star but very deserving of the three star status. The staff at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful. They were cheerful even after hearing the same request dozens of times a day! We arrived in the morning and had to wait only an hour... more

In October 2008 I was in Stockholm at Best Western Kom. I was in a Double Room in the second building. Despite of requesting a room on the last floor, I got a room close to the elevator on the first floor (just opposite there is a church!) The elevator was not working, so I was forced to carry my... more

Stayed here mid May when daytime air temperature was about 10 degrees celcius. Our room in the Annex Building was clean, tidy and warm, of medium size, about 18 - 20 square metres. Wood type floor but not cold to walk on in bare feet. Bathroom is compact but easy to move around in. Room has LCD TV but no... more

It's not the smartest place in town BUT...the rooms are immaculate (and if you specify that you want one at the back it'll be quiet), the beds are comfortable, the breakfast-bar is pretty comprehensive and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly - even judged by Swedish standards (which are pretty high to begin with) they really score 10/10.... more

Stayed four nights in the Best Western Kom hotel and found it an ideal base from which to explore Stockholm. It`s not far to walk in to the city centre and if you are weary after a day of sightseeing the metro is handy for your return trip. The room was spacious with a small but adequate bathroom. It was... more

Stayed here for two nights in a triple room!!! A triple room being a single, double and sofa bed!!! Costly enough...though all Stockholm hotels are overpriced!!! The hotel consists of two separate buildings...the main one where the reception is located and another one across a small road which is new, but has no person on duty in it!!! Our room... more

This hotel is in a very convenient location, close to all major attractions in Stockholm. It's close to a metro station, however we did not even use it once, as you can get anywhere by foot. It seems that Kom hotel recently became part of the Best Western chain. It doesn't live up to the Best Western standards!! Not sure... more

Friendly staff met us in a small, but cosy, reception. The room was spacious and very quiet facing the back yard. Well furnished, the absolutely best beds ever, minibar, sofa, large closets, and a small, but functional bathroom. The security in the hotel was very high, as you had to use your keycard even to get into the corridors. Breakfast... more
