It´s a fine hotel located at one of the main shopping streets in Stockholm, Drottninggatan, and a 5-10 min walk to the old city, Gamle Stan. Romms are ok, but expect some noise from the street during weekends (both from cars passing and from partying people). Breakfast is ok but nothing special. Staff is very friendly and helpful :-)

A nice hotel in the city center. A few mishaps like knob stuck on the shower so that I had to shower cold the first morning. Fixed that they did. A drafty window but I had three blankets and made it. The room was average with the tiniest bed I seen. Television did not work. Otherwise nice Swedish breakfast, nice... More

I was travelling alone and got a really tiny room at the end of the corridor. It reminded me to a monk´s cell and it was really basic. Hardly any decoration and colour in it. Despite that, it was quite comfy and I slept fine but when I tried to work it was impossible. The internet connection did not work... More

I stay in a different hotel but someone else did the booking this time. It is not far from station and on a Main Street with lots of shopping and eating places.i agree with another reviewer that it feels more like a hostel with rooms arranged around a narrow zigzag alley. The lift is also too small. Breakfast was very... More

There are some definite positives about the Queen's Hotel; location in the middle of the shopping area is an easy walk to most attractions, room we stayed in was large and tastefully decorated and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, our room on the second floor facing the street was very noisy during the night and there was a... More

Hi. We thank you for the review and the positive you had on our little hotel. We are sorry for the noises that are made on the street. It is however not much we can do about this as our location iiis very central and on the main shopping street. I however have a favourite room that is wonderful in... More

No luxury but good situation in the middle of the shopping area. The first room we were offered was so small that we could only just put our suitcases down, no drawers or wardrobe, just a rail with hangers. After complaining we were offered a family room at the same price - the size one would expect from a double... More

Hi and thank you for the review. Yes we are not luxury but we always try and not to be. The room sizes we can not do much about unfortunately. Space is a rare commodity in Stockholm. But phones is something that should be working. And we are sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you. More

Very nice and cozy hotel with clean rooms and polite staff! Great location! In the city centre on the main shopping street with a lot of restaurants and cafes. In front of the hotel is the best Espresso House in Stockholm! It takes you about 15 minutes walk on foot to Gamla Stan and about 25 minutes on foot to... More

Was very easy to find. We travelled by fast train from Gothenburg - fantastic trip. Hotel was on main shopping street, so did not get lost. We're able to walk to most places but if needed there was a tram. Plenty of eateries in area.

The hotel is located in one of the most famous streets of Stockholm. It is walking distance from the main central station and there are lots of restaurants and department stores nearby. The room itself was very large for European standards, good shower and plenty storage. The building is very old and you can hear noises from the corridors and... More

Hi! I'm happy you found the location so fulfilling. But let me assure you that the cleaning is something we take great pride in but failed on this occassion and are terribly sorry for the experience. We have implemented some new steps in order for this not to be able to ever happen again. Also our IT department has upped... More

This is convenient, centrally-located hotel. It is functional and certainly adequate as a place to stay. The rooms are a bit impersonal (no paintings or pictures on the walls), which is unusual but if you are just going to sleep there, adequate. The room I had was fine. It was a also bit noisy. The hairdryer is not worth anything,... More
