According to hotels.com this is a 3,5-star-hotel, I booked it without reading the small print, and for a price of almost 100 € a night I got an "economy" room without a toilet and shower. If this hotel has two-star accomodations, why does it appear as three stars. On top of this nasty surprise the room turned out to be... More

Location great next to the old town and Slussen, yet very quiet alley. Parking space for hire next to hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast ok. Lots of steps, no elevator. Not suitable for disabled people. Our room was warm, no air conditioning but we managed with a fan.

We spent two nights here in a ground floor family room which was actually two bedrooms, sitting area and bathroom. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Fab shower! Plenty of space for two adults and two teenagers. Only possible improvement would be provision of tea and coffee making facilities. Good breakfast in lovely dining room. Very well located for all... Very friendly and helpful staf. Super breakfast, easy exces in walking distance to public transport. Even the price for a wel situated hotel is reasonable. Would recommend al my friends to stay there. Restaurants, cafe's and nice shoppings are al at hand.

We stayed in a family room for a 2 night stay in Stockholm. The location of the hotel, on the edge of Söderdalm, is ideal, with all major attractions easily walkable. Hotel staff were very friendly and the room was rather comfortable, although slightly stuff. The breakfast was distinctly mediocre. Most surprising of all during our stay in the hotel... More

After rereading the various reviews, they all have an element of truth. You have to decide what kind of traveler you are. I traveled with my husband and two grown children. We had a "suite" of two bedrooms with one double bed and two twins. There was a small sitting room with a little couch which fit 3 of us... More

Nice hotel with small but very cosy rooms, complete with creaking floor and leaking old windows with the wind blowing into the room a bit. However, no problem with the temperature in the room, the radiators are hot enough to compensate. Old and smallish "fat-TV" in the room, but never use the TV anyway, so didn't bother me. Convenient location... More

Modern hotel, in a very old building totally refurbished ..... maybe now it's a little bit to extreme the way that they provided a modern look, location is perfect but globally it's not a glory. Room were really small and BTW a little bit too cold, shower ok but just average .... breakfast is just not to start the day... More

We had five nights in a twin bedroom without ensuite and coped surprisingly well. The shared bathrooms were spotlessly clean and as like other reviewers, we never met any other residents, (we always had use of a shower or toilet when wanted and with no-one else about). The bedroom was exceptionally clean and serviced each day. It overlooked the street... More

We have stayed this hotel several days, we found its location is really good to enable us can go to all light points very easily. But the double room in this hotel is so small and is very hot & no fresh air, the breakfast is so poor, and all the staff can not solve the problem to switch off... More
