Location is what makes this hotel perfect for stay. It is just few steps from pedestrian street that goes direct to Gamla stan, as well as from sergels Torg and metro station. The hotel is big, rooms are simple, but of good size and partially refurbished. Breakfast is typical for a 4star hotel - solid variety of meals. Hotel even... More

Central Hotel in Stockholm, easy to find your way back once you've been there. Very good breakfast, polite staff. I had no view from hotel room (courtyard view) and a bit boring area, but close to the castle and old town. A bit expensive.

Perfect location for sightseeing in Stockholm. Brilliant breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Clean and nice, not completely modern but not worn down in any way. The hotel has a central locattionl so you might here a bit of what’s going on outside the hotel. Very quiet at night though.

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend. The location is really good and very close to all the interesting sites at the centre of Stockholm, also "Gamla Stan" and the shopping area. We arrived early in the morning at 10 a.m. and got the room at arrival even though it was long before ordinary check-in. The room has what... More

The location of hotel is very good. But it does not give the suit was expected. The old hotel building. The given Service standard. The hotel rooms have an interior that is old and dirty. The best Think only location.

OK location - was 5 minute walk to old town and shopping street. Staff at hotel was amazing. Very, very nice and that's in a town full of really nice people. Our standard room was not available at check in (9am) but our friends who had booked an upgraded room were able to get into their room. The front desk... More

This hotel is perfect located near to all the great Stockholm shopping streets and stores. It is also at walking distance to the most visited tourist attractions, and to a hub of public transport. Rooms and the bathrooms are quite large by European standards, and WIFI is included in the room price. Service is fine. The breakfast buffet was more... More

Perfectly located at Sergel Plaza in Stockholm's city center, it's only a few minutes walk to Gamla Stan from here. It's actually a nice hotel and the rooms are good, but, as many reviewers already said, it appears a bit run-down when looking at the details. Staff is friendly but not super-motivated (e.g. waiters dropping a spoon in the restaurant... More

You need to enter the Scandic Sergel Plaza with an extreme lust for life and positive attitude, because this hotel will drag that down to levels where you wish you were unable to travel at all. The reception and restaurant is just plain ordinary, but worn and old-school without any charm. The rooms and even more so the corridors leading... More

I stayed here 5 yrs ago and had a good stay. This trip I was in a terrible, run down room. Bathroom was in poor condition. Curtains barely hanging and I had to put a lamp in front of them to keep them semi-closed...which is bad when you have daylight about 21 hours a day. Hallways are dreary and smell... More
