Hotel was nice, I stayed for 2 nights but terrible thing happened to me. The first morning when I woke up to have breakfast at the hotel, There was a thief stole my bag from the chair next to me. The hotel couldn't do anything except from calling a police. I lost many valuable things including cash. I hope they... More

Nothing is extremly bad but nothing stands out in a positive Wayne either. A decent hotel at a high price, the standard is not worth 2000 SEK a night. Breakfast is average, nothing that justify the price.

There is almost no ventilation in the room so you wake up with a heavy feeling. The room is cold and it isn't possible to change the temperature. The bathroom need a renovation. The overall impression is that no one really cares about the rooms. I have stayed here several times in different rooms and they are pretty much the... More

We were looking forward to our trip to Stockholm and found a nice 4-star hotel near the old city and near metro (central) station. What a dissappointment this hotel was/is! First the breakfast is a giant chaos. Too much people and too little space and what a poor service. Then there was a decline of our credit cards (we checked... More

If you want to stay in central Stockholm and be close to shopping, this is the place to be. However, Stockholm is nice and beautiful but not that cheap so if you want to spend your money on something other than staying in a very mid-range hotel, try and find a cheaper one. As many other reviewers say, the place... More

Hotel has a perfect location. A 10 minute walk from Central Station and in middle of shopping area. Hotel staff is nice. Room is clean and has everything you need. But the really need to bring in a new decorator because the decor is completely outdated.

Hotel expensive, claustrophobic rooms and corridors, nonexistent service. This hotel is neither pleasant nor comfortable. A reserve exclusively for business and short stays... And you have to be careful about the prices.

We had an opportunity to visit Stockholm for 2 days and 1 night, and opted to stay at the Scandic's Sergel Torg hotel. The location can be a bit tricky to find, but it is in an excellent location, access to public transport close by (walking distance to central station, and T-banen station closer, no 7 tram just around the... We were a large group of +20, having a meeting combined with a weekend stay i Stockholm. The best asset in overall is the location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the shopping opportunities, restaurants, "Gamla Stan" and other places of interest when off duty. The building and facilities is getting old, but we managed through breakfast... More

We were 3 friends sharing the room, I got the bedsofa that turns into a double-bed. The most creeky bed I have ever slept in, every move I made was loud enough to wake the dead. Not great for my sleep, didn't dare move a milimeter! My friends who slept in the two regular beds had a more comfortable sleep.... More
