Our room was very cold when we arrived, and we had hoped it would warm up. Unfortunately did not happen in the three nights we stayed at the hotel. We asked if there was anything the hotel could do to help us and all we got was 'every room is cold, the outside is cold'. The receptionist at the night... More

We have stayed here a few times now. The rooms we have stayed in have always been very clean - basic but clean. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is your basic continental type. Cold meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, fresh bread rolls, toast & jams, Juices and coffee or tea. Breakfast is a buffet, so you can have... More

Really enjoyed our stay here and I found no real flaws, but it's not a hotel to rave about. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom was large. Liked the heating rack for the towels. The room was just warm enough. The windows faced a walkway so we would see people walk by when the blinds were open. The desk... More

Got a room on the first floor with a window towards the street. It was noizy at all hours. The room looked really old and should get an upgrade. The bathroom, where to begin... Had to flush the toilet several times to get everything down. The tap was loose, I was afraid of using it, maybe it would fall of.... More

Pros: The location is Södermalm was very good. Room was clean and breakfast was very good. Staff in the breakfast room as well as housekeeping staff were friendly and professional. Cons: This hotels idea of a double bed is twin beds next to each other (I asked for proper double bed but to no avail). The staff at the reception... More

Old looking small room, no proper heating, little to no hot water, incredibly small bathroom, just one towel, bad wifi that only lasted 36 hours, very small breakfast room which made things seem very crowded very quickly, staff offered NO information upon my arrival - I had to find stuff on my own (like how the doors inside the hotel... We booked this hotel through an agency for our international guest colleague who visited Stockholm for a couple of days and chose to stay here. "Modest, simple, honestly, nothing I would recommend" was his review. We received terrible service upon his arrival. The hotel staff would not let our guest into his room because they claimed they did not receive... More

This hotel is very affordable and easily reachable from the metro or the commuter lines. Just one stop away from Stockholm Central either by either one of two lines. several restaurants nearby as well as a nice coffee shop. Very quiet street. Nice continental breakfast and wi-fi included

Try to find an other hotel while in Stockholm as this acommondation is not worth the money you have to pay. 240Euro / night and you don't even get a small towel for your hands, just a bath towel. The rooms have old furnitures, low standard of linen, curtains and the bathroom is o the lowest standard. A rip off... More
