It was the cheapest I found for an exhibition so it was OK for the value of money...it was clean, rooms very small but I didn't mind! Breakfast was nice, staff very happy and helpful! Free wi-fi in the rooms!

You will feel as welcome as a fart in a spacesuit. Just pick any other hotel in Stockholm. The rooms are awful and the staff are absolutely atrocious. Avoid at all cost. I'd rather sleep in a bus shelter.

guess this is the worst ever. it is more like a youth hostel but expect NO window in an 8sq meter room and some kind of cardboard walls. Unfortunately I arrived at 01h00 in the morning and could not change. Corridors are dark and felt unsafe, shower is open at 25cm from the lighting. Evening receptionist service 0/10.

February 1, 2015. I found myself stranded in Stockholm overnight. It was cold and late and the city was covered in snow. I needed a hotel quickly. From the side of the street in a mini blizzard I made a panicked phone call to my wife back in Dublin. She went straight onto the Internet where she found the Alexandra... More

I chose this hotel due to its fair price and the fact that it's located at Söder, a trendy and nice place. As soon as I arrived I felt very unwelcome here. When I stepped inside, the red-haired lady receptionist did give me a look, but didn't wish me welcome or acknowledged me in any other way either, just continued... More

I only picked this hotel as it was near my friends house That I was visiting. The hotel is very basic. The first thing I noticed is there NO TEA & COFFEE in yr room which I didn't cope with very well. Especially when I had to go out before breakfast opened on Saturday & couldn't get a drink other... Check in was very pleasant, having arrived early, my room was ready. Did not have double bed but placed 2 singles together! Still really a single bed. Breakfast was amazing and staff very friendly. No tea or coffee making facilities, which would be good especially when getting in late and you would love a cuppa before bed. Overall rooms spacious... More

We stayed at the Alexandra hotel in May 2014. The hotel was in a good, central location, with a good Egyptian cafe opposite and with little noise. However, though, the hotel does not have a restaurant attached, there is no complementary tea or coffee and we had to walk about 500m just to get to our room, a round which... More

comfortable room. good breakfast. fast wifi. excellent staff. location about 90% ideal, but quite a central location. all the major fast food restaurants are close by so its a major convenience. i especially liked the receptionist leah, who was very friendly and helpful.

I found this cheaper hotel and I have to say it´s was worth it. I read many complains about this hotel. But I was happy that I came here. Okey hotel was older and decoration in also older (with two-three stars), budget hotel. Hotel was very clean, good bed with two pillows. Very quiet, good breakfast, shower was working good,... More
