It does not matter how central this place is, the entires site for this hotel is a lie!!! I REALY don't understand how this place can have 2.5 stars!!! The rooms are dated and some of them dirty, we ask for a big bed for two, got 2 small beds put together. We ask for a quiet room got a... More

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. It is a three star hotel, some of the reviews are writing as though they want five star service! Despite some of the harsh reviews there are plenty of positives to booking a room here. 1. The location is very good for getting to the centre, i.e Gamla Stan, it would take... More

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel for 3 nights after visiting Sweden for a wedding. The first thing I would say - use Google image search. The images used on travel sites do not really show this hotel as it is - dated and very shabby on the outside. When we first arrived, we were given a very small... More

Stay away!!! Horrible staff. Rude. Avoid at all cost. These people give Swedes a bad name. Take your business elsewhere. Location is off the beaten path. Interior rooms are HOT, Food is ok. Free internet is ok, but need code.

Could not sleep for almost the entire night as the room had no windows and the only source of ventilation was a tiny fan in the corner of the room and as a result the room was too stuffy to sit in let alone sleep! Front desk staff was unhelpful as they could not provide even a fan or any... More

Wow! I have stayed in many hotels in my days but I´ve never stayed in a hotelroom with no windows. I felt like I was watching a bad movie and this was the room to guest cheap & nasty creaps. I have payed less to stay in a really nice hotel in Stockholm. Sometimes you think that, if it cost... More

This was by far the worst non-budget hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were downright surly, the shower head fell off and could not be put back, and the breakfast was dreadful. Not in a convenient location and the rooms (down an incredibly long hallway) faced a park on the first floor with very flimsy curtains and, as noted... The hotel is well located, near tube, train and bus travel and most areas are walkable for the determined visitor. A nice selection of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The room was ok but very hot as south facing and had only very small opening vents. Despite our efforts to keep the curtains closed, the room staff always left them... More
