We stayed for three nights, when booking we requested king bed, not twin beds (got it) and a view (did not get it). You can move around the building (go to different floors) only with a room key card (you also use it in the elevator, no stairs). The room was with two chairs and two small tables, a tv... More

It was my second stay in this hotel and everytime I got different room. This one had no kitchenette but a small fridge and a sofa instead. There was a table and a desk, bed, chair, arimchair and wardrobe and hanger in the small entrance area. All quite decent. This time there was a shower in the bathroom and more... More

After reading other reviews of this hotel before we stayed there, I was a bit dubious and not sure what to expect. Room is basic European standard for this class of hotel. Small bathroom and basic furnishings. However, very clean and ample space for 2 people (as long as you don't want to use the bathroom at the same time).... More

I feel like at any moment a bug is going to crawl out. I walked in to two twin beds, when I requested a king. One of the beds has what looks like a throw up stain. My windows are filthy so I can't even enjoy this terrible view. I usually stay at the marriott - this place should really... More

Well - on arrival despite requesting a room with a double bed - the first room that I was send to was one with two single beds. Back down to the reception desk - they didnt seem too concerned that our room was unsuitable but only that we might have touched something in in eh? So onto the next room... More

I've heard that this place is closing down soon so perhaps this review is not relevant but if you can you should avoid this place. The only good thing is the location. Upon arrival the sanitary towel bin had not been emptied from the previous inhabitant of the room. The breakfast is incredibly mediocre with terrible coffee. The pillows are... More

I stayed here for a conference at the Natural History Museum ; which is adjancent to the University campus. There are at least two buses that go there from with the nearest block from the hotel. It is also easy to get here by Tube from the central station. Lots of resturants in the vicinity, too.The hotel may seem a... More

Thank you for sharing, I'm very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay so much! I'm sorry about the tea, normally we have about 10 different types available all the time including English breakfast and Earl Grey. Kind regards, Annika Thomsson More

A bit out of town, but the metro station is right outside. Helpful staff, room ok, bed comfy. Hotel warm despite minus 4 outside. But the air con weirdly noisy, not loud, but odd sounds. The hotel itself was quiet, and the staff helpful. Reception helpful when we couldn't work out how to set the safe, not only told us,... More

Stayed from 4th till 5th of january. Since ferry arrived at 6 o'clock in the morning - tried early check-in and succeed thanks to hotel staff, even with free breakfast. Next day checked out at 12, but still had an opportunity to leave cars in the garage and take our time untill next ferry:) Stable wi-fi connection, which is always... More
