Ordering at last minute for two nights in a row, Hotel Berns was the only hotel my travel agent could find in downtown stockholm. After my stay I understand why. For 3000+SEK per night I expect a lot more that what Berns has to offer. My room/junior suite was tiny and very crammed. Ugly furniture with a certain 90s air.... More

Perfect place in city center and close to water. Good sushi and very well breakfast. Excellent running route out to Djugarden. All rooms well equiped. As a frequent travel one of my highest ranked hotels.

The bar area and restaurant which form part of this hotel are stunning. I had been there before a few times and loved it, absolutely beautiful. This trip was my first time actually staying in the hotel...and despite myself, despite telling myself that maybe I am tired and grumpy and giving off a negative vibe, I still come away with... A classic venue with history pouring through the walls, attracted new ideas and a modern vibe with the right staff, menus, music and attitudes overall. The small details, a smile and international service standard makes it easy to promote this building. A mix of international guests and Stockholms finest from all branches makes it a melting pot, to enjoy from... More

I had a wonderful time here, I enjoyed it very much! All staff members were very friendly and extremely helpful, room was really amazing, i had everything I needed and had quite a cosy feel to it. Very good breakfast, and of course perfect location. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Stockholm. Stayed March 2015, travelled... More

I travel frequently to Stockholm, both for business and leisure, and Berns is always my first choice. The overall standard of hotels in Stockholm is quite high, but Berns has that little extra which makes it quite unique. The rooms are beautifully decorated, trendy and with a soul. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are impeccably clean and the bathroom products... More

City Center, next to most relevant places in Stockholm. Mixed crowd - business and pleasure. High level room standard. Excellent, very helpfull staff, room service, restaurant and reception. Very good restaurant and bar. The dining room is extraordinary.

We spent a week at this downtown Stockholm boutique hotel, converted from an 1860s building. The rooms were small (think NYC). But you can't beat the location, walkable to the subway and most downtown attractions including Gamla Stan. Add in the breakfast buffet in the breathtaking grand foyer, and the <$US200 cost becomes a real deal. Multiple cheeses, breads, gravlax,... More

This is a must when you're staying in Stockholm! One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Berns hotel gives you the whole package. I was impressed and overwhelmed the second I stepped into the lobby, what an interior. However it didn't get too posh. I received a very warm and homie welcome. I have to admit, we weren't the... I can't complain about Berns, ok I have seen comments about some rooms wing small, this is true. The hotel is situated in a historic building & no two rooms are the same. I love heading to the bar area & feeling totally at home on a comfy sofa. As a mature ( often single) traveller, I usually enjoy conversation... More
