I nearly gave up on visiting my friend in Stockholm because I couldn't find a decent priced hotel anywhere! I stumbled across the Scandic Jarva Krog which offered a double room for 2 nights with breakfast for £169. Still pricey but because the flights were so cheap it worked out ok and seeing as I was taking my Mum it... more

spent two nights at Scandic Jarva Krog in (or better say) not far from Stockholm this September and I strongly advise anyone against this place.
