My husband and I booked a night's stay here at the Crystal Plaza hotel and were quite pleased with our experience. The staff member working the front desk was very helpful and even upgraded our room when she found out that were were newly married. She also recommended to us many things to do during our short stay in Stockholm.... More

Terrible rooms. Terrible beds. Poor breakfast. Dirty almost everywhere, even elevator, mirrors and ceiling... Lazy staff that doesn't care. Don't waste your money here! There are other hotels downtown that will give you at least some value for your money. I wouldn't even store my winter-tires here.

There had been a mistake done by the hotel when we booked our room, and the person in the lobby was extremely rude and unwilling to help. Had it not been so late we would had gone somewhere else. It was cheap and in the city centre though.

Having read reviews about their recent renovations to the rooms, we were eager to stay there for our trip to Stockholm. The location is also superb and we were walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. The character of the building has great character both outside and in. The building's grand exterior greatly compliments the room's boutique... More

Hotel is in perfect location, but the final touch is missing. Rooms are noicy (street) and cold (winter), reception was not up to date. Shower tempereature was either HOT as h.l or freezing cold. This place will not be in my list to visit again.

This hotel is in a lovely old building in Ostermalm very central to the fun part of Stockholm so great for a weekend visit. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and Scandinavian style breakfast good. We chose it because parking was a available, which is unusual for some city centre hotels, in a parking house a short walk away... More

The hotel has a good location near to the metro station via a warm tunnel. The breakfast had various options from Asian cuisine to Swedish one. Only negative point is that if you're going to use the hair dryer, you should be ready for the power loss. Then you have to find the switch box yourself!

The hotel has at the same time traditional atmosphere but is also modern in it infrastructure. It is centrally located and close to the business and administrative center of Stockholm. The personnel is effective and friendly and the breakfast is impeccable.

First time in Stockholm so we really didn't know the best place to base ourselves for the weekend. However this turned out to be right in the heart of everything that we wanted. Yes, it's a bit of a budget hotel but on the whole we enjoyed staying here. Our only grumble was that originally we were put into room... More
