Rooms: - both single and double rooms are really tiny; bathrooms are brand new (small too). Once you open your suitcase its probably the best to stay in bed and watch TV - as there is not space to walk around at all; rooms are very clean; I like the idea of the hotel - designed like a ship. They... more

Everything you want packed in a very small room - a single bed, a desk, a chair, a television, painting, window, robe, ensuite. It's fully equipped. Not a single inch of space was not optimised. Enough floor space for a pair of shoes, and perhaps the unruly pair of socks. Not for the claustrophobics - it WORKS for a short... more

Oh My God.!This hotel takes small to a new standard. Located in the old town of Stockholm, it is nuts,,,,and i mean nuts. The location is sweet old winding streets in the medieval quarter and all that..very nice. The rooms ..how can a i describe them...think of a couchette on a train and you have it. Unbelievable. One step and... more

The rooms are tiny (really tiny), but nice. I loved this hotel. Its situated on the main street in Gamla Stan, has a lovely staff and a nice, quirky feeling to it. more

Well this is certainly a different hotel. Not your average chain hotel. There’s certainly nothing exactly like it either in Stockholm or (I would dare say) anywhere. You will certainly be aware of who Lord Nelson was when you leave and will have been bombarded from all angles by naval memorabilia. I thought it was great and although there must... more

This was my first stay at this cosy and wellsituated small B & B in Stockholms gamla stan (old town). Yes, the singelrooms ARE small but alright for a single traveller, and it's very convenient situated for great walks around Stockholm. The roomrate was also okay, and the room was fairly comfortable but I'm happy that I'm not having overweight... more

Stayed here four nights for business reasons. Room are absolutely tiny! But I have no need for more space. All you can need is there. Clean and big enough bathroom. Small tv. Writingdesk, hairdryer. One funny part is that the next house is one meter or so from your window. The alley outside is, as everywhere in the Old Town,... more

Booked via conference organiser's website. Location great for the old town and walkable from the Central Station, but (and its a very big but) the rooms are absolutely tiny. Bathroom barely big enough to turn around in, nowhere to put suitcase, wardrobe space almost nil. Despite this was warm, clean and comfortable, and staff were polite, but certainly no trappings... more

I went alone here for one night mainly to go to a concert. It was warm and late in the afternoon when I arrived. The hotel is located in the middle of Västerlånggatan, the street that goes through the old town in Stockholm and hence very nicely positioned. Close to the main sites such as the Royal Castle and in... more
