We found the staff to be extremely accomodating, one in particular. She made over stay very pleasant and was always helpful in every way that she could be. Location, not great but ok. Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness was good both in lobby and room. Stayed four nights, felt welcome and well served. The hotel has a relax area with sauna and whirlpool (plus pool table), which unfortunately I didn't have time to visit, especially since it's open only from the afternoon. Also, free coffee from a machine in the reception at all times. Not bad! More

The bed providet by a sofabed was not a very good offer. We could not sleep on it because the madrass was so thin that it felt like sleeping on the floor. However the real twinbed was very good but fittet only 2 out of 4, so half the family was sleeping and the ither half was awake. More

Superb service and friendly staff throughout the hotel! The buffet breakfast was so fulfilling and and it lasted until a reasonable hour. The rooms were a decent size for two people sharing and the bathroom/wet room was exceptionally well presented. I will definitely be staying in one of these hotels again on my next trip to Sweden.
