Great breakfast, ok rooms not the best, a little bit dated .... Happy staff, just a pleasant stay. The kids enjoyed the hotel, but no restaurant was available for evening food. However when all is said and done we liked it ....

We stayed at this hotel only for quick overnighter in order to be able to make a quick flight to Kastrup airport early the next morning. It is situated on a side street directly across from the railway station, so it only took a few minutes to walk there. I got good deal through my credit card company and a... More

First off, my wife and I stayed here because there were no rooms available at our usual hotel in Malmö (Hotel Mayfair Tunneln) just a few meters away. The Elite Residens is very close to the railway station and the room was okay. We found it strange that it had wall-to-wall carpet which might be a problem for those with... More

Stayed here for a business trip. Great location close to central station, staff were friendly and efficient. Room was agood size and overlooked front of hotel which i think is best. Breakfast was v nice with a really good range. There is use of the Bishops Arms round the corner for dinner - really good pub with nice food and... More

This is my second stay in this hotel. As last time i am not satisfied with your offer of glutenfree products. You just have same very dry bread, no more. But i can recomend the hotel. Location near the railway station in the middle of Malmö is very good. The room was nice and clean and no disturbing from the street... More

What can you say? Great location to Central station, town centre and other attractions. Service nice and friendly. Room clean and tidy with tea and coffee. Only negative side was the rooms window has look to other building opposite so everyone could see what's going on. Loved breakfast. Spacious breakfast room with all sorts of food from continental to English... More

The hotel was built in 1987, I guess it must have been renovated at some point but it was a while ago. My room was not very big but everything worked and was in a good condition, although rather old. The breakfast was good, the only thing that bothered me was that the lady in the restaurant greeted neither me... More

I stayed two nights at this hotel as I came in for a concert. I'd never been to Sweden before so this was my first exposure and not only was the city lovely and quaint but I loved the hotel too. The two main reasons I booked the hotel was price (a good value) and location (VERY close to the... More

I spent three days here at a conference and chose this hotel as it was walking distance to the town centre as well as the conference venue. The price was rather high as compared to the value offered. For instance, the gymn they promise you is actuallyvlocated in another, much more pleasant Elite hotel two blocks away, which charged about... More

In the old days the head of SAS (and, no, not the british SAS, but the Swedish/Scandinavian airline company), Jan Carlzon, made a splash with the new invention called service-minded-ness. In the old days what was offered customers was merely the service, but not the mind. And as we all know, minds and hearts, people, minds and hearts. Most places... More
