We booked the hotel online and found it easily from the train station just a short distance away on foot. Our first night was not very satisfactory as we had a room that was on the street right above the doorway to a pub. The ventilation in the room was poor and keeping the windows open meant that we heard... More

Clean, cozy, and very conveniently located. Good quality breakfast (a bit weak on the sweet department). Reliable wifi service available throughout the hotel. I have only one complaint: breakfast is served from 8am at the weekends, I had to leave at 7 and was not even offered a cup of coffee and sone bread (or a discount, in fact).

This once elegant and charming hotel (known then as Petri Pumpa) has not received any TLC since new ownership some 8 years back. Moreover, this very owner is rude and unpleasant to the degree that he was the talking stock at breakfast tables when I stayed there just now in March 2014. Makes Basil Fawlty of Fawlty Towers look really... More

I have just completed my second stay here - Lund has a very limited choice of hotels, not my usual chain - I was happy with my first visit, so I came back. I got a 4th floor room. Very nice (rather quirky, but clean, quiet and comfortable). This time I arrived midweek so I ate in the restaurant and... More

I have never been treated so rudely at a hotel. Also the pictures on the website are NOT AT ALL representative of the rooms or standard at the hotel. Was "upgraded" to probably the worst room at the hotel (or so I hope for the sake of other guests). Its on the 4th floor where a stained carpet and hallway... More

Visited for work in February when Lund was particularly attractive covered in snow. This hotel is centrally located only minutes from the train station and also round the corner from Lund Cathedral. The rooms are clean and functional with everything you really need for a short stay; there is a desk, wifi, sofa and ensuite bathroom with shower. The staff... More

I was in a family party of 7 that stayed in this hotel for a wedding at the end of June 2013. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the small double rooms that we had booked were by no means the smallest hotel rooms I have stayed in, and were all generally to a good standard. Some of the... More

I shouldnt spend my money on this hotel if i were you. First of all, as we booked the room through our employers, we called before and said that we DIDNT want the small double room. We wanted the big double room with twin beds. No problems said the guy on the phone. The day upon arrival we got our... More

The location is very good, just a few minutes from the train station and next to shops and restaurants. The staff was great, very friendly and service minded. It's quite expensive but includes a good breakfast with the most you could expect. The room had average size and it was clean and comfy.
